Same name, same script, and phone number.

Same message as the callers above.

Scammer... they called.... Process Server as all have said... I called back and said "if this is a scam".... and they hung up.

Now they are impersonating police and people who work for the GOVERNMENT..... that is NOT GOOD !!!!!!

they called my soon to be ex husband and told him I had two check fraud cases pending he said she don't live here and they said but your still married he said yes but going thru a divorce and they said but your together he said we haven't been together for awhile and they said "OH she is banging someone else, huh." and hung up sorry SOB where do they have any right to talk about me like that

They called and told me they where serving  me for a payday loan from 2009. When asked he said they where a 3rd party
collecting agency and wanted me to go to C.P.Processing website  and sign the form to agree to collect $300.00.  When questioned he said that a processing server would be out if i didnt agree to , i told him i was going to call the police about this scam and he got made and hung up..

I received calls from this number, Same thing, a person claiming to be a process server. DO NOT CALL THEM BACK, scam for sure.

Used that same name. Jordan Marks. Called back and it sounded somewhat cinvincing but i got a weird feeling and hung up. Then i saw this page. Im calling my phone company to make sure they dont try to charge me.

The message they play is a recording. I have received a few calls from them, and it is always exactly the same. My advice - ignore this call. They are not even worth a phone call to tell them to stop calling. They will eventually stop.

If you do want to call them, here are a few thing that I suggest you attempt:
1. Ask them for their address saying you want to send them a certified letter. I guarantee the response will be 'We don't accept mail'. At that point, I typically hang up, and call back in and ask the exact same thing. Make yourself as annoying to them as they are to you.

2. If they threaten to serve you papers, tell them you will be waiting at your doorstep for them. I again guarantee nothing will show up. This is a complete scare tactic. I typically tell them I would like papers, and can't wait for the opportunity to stand next to them in court.

These companies either run on complete scams, or they purchase debt that is noncollectable for pennies on the dollar, and try to scare people into paying. There are big bonuses for agents who collect the most money. Make yourself annoying to them, and they will move on to the next person.

Doing anything like the above will get them to stop calling. They ONLY work by trying to scare people into paying. If they see they are wasting their time with you, they WILL stop calling and move onto the next person.

ya the guy got pretty pissed off at me for talking s*** about his Canadian accent and answering his phone sayin it was his mother speaking im busy suckin dick sorry!@! lol hilarious and then he called me back and said "U realize your gonna have to change your number bc im gonna call you eveyday i said Great id love to see your stupid a** Canadian accent Your ABOOT sayin mfu%%%er its about dumbasss #Amused

Have been receiving the same message for over a month now at least 2 or 3 times a week...And it is a business phone.  Scammers

Caller left a truncated voicemail about a claim.  Left the 'server's' number (844-704-5171) number to call back.
The call came in on my home phone (VOIP) at 9:46am today.

Rec'd a call today and left the identical message as everyone else here.  Caller I.D. indicated "name not found" but did show a number of 844-704-5171 which happens to be the same number given if you want to inquire?!?

I just received the same message on my cell.  It was completely odd when I called the number back.  Even though I informed them that this is a new number for me and that I'm not the person they were attempting to reach, the man still kept calling by that woman's name and then when I'd correct him he'd say, "Hello, Denise" as if we'd just started the conversation and then he'd begin to refer to me by the other person's name.  I told him 3 times to remove me from the calling list and he continued to go back and forth calling me by name and then the other person's name.  He then just hung up.  Twisted and weird!  I added this number to my reject list just in case they continue to call.

Received phone call on my work cell. Starts as a voicemail like message about a process server and has an option to press a key to talk to a person. Person on the other line stated it was 'Investigator Williams' and was looking for a Tyrone Greene. I have received other phone calls relating to this name on both my cell and desk number and asked to be removed. He hung up.

I called the number back and he answered again, this time very annoyed and hung up after ststing he would remove my name.

A search for this number came back with this list of complaints.

What a moron this guy is!!  I haven't answered any of the calls yet but I have considered it just to "play" with him.  First of all, debt collection is not a criminal matter so he cannot file criminal charges.  It is a civil matter.  In most cases, petitions filed with the court are served by the sheriff's department in the county in which the action is filed.  Other states may require service by special process since I am not sure of the laws in other states.  But in this state we only use process servers if the sheriff's dept could not find them or if we know ahead of time they are going to be difficult to find.  To use a process server, we have to get permission from the court.  In some cases, the person filing can even serve the papers themselves or have someone else do it for them.  In any case, they don't make threatening phone calls......they go out and find the person and serve the papers to them.  And another reason he is a moron...........if a case hasn't been filed yet there would be no process server involved.  He needs to get a new scam.......something he knows something about.

Same thing here...  left message about serving papers unsuccessful.  I did call the number.  A male answered and his first words were "how can I direct your call".  I hung up.  Thanks for having a post on this scam!  Hope my phone didn't acquire any charges from that return call.

This call is definitely a scam.  Thanks to all of you for the information that may have saved me some bucks.  I hope they find these people and throw them in jail!

I got the exact message from Jordan Marks, "a process server"!  After looking online I discoverd that legitimate process servers would come to your door and serve you.. so why would they announce their arrival.Thank you everyone on this site for your advice too!

Jordan Marx called me as well. These people are complete pieces of Sh**.
Ignore this crap and harass them back. Make him laugh, or just make fun of him. LOL
Blow their phone up with callbacks constantly-as long as you find out that you won be charged

Received message twice recently, on different days.

I got the same message today just now called them back and I got the same spiel that I could resolve this pending matter if I was willing to settle to pay a lesser amount that would help me out I to say WTF

but it is coming to my house phone, not my cell.  

. . . Be . . .cause . . . they're CRIMINALS! And while we're at it DON'T call back numbers you DON'T know. Look them up first, & you lighten the chance of being scammed.

I got the exact same message on 3/10/2014.  Called the number back and spoke to three different people, Jordan Marx being one, and told them to stop harassing me, and Jordan Marx said I would be served soon.  This is Ludacris!  How do these people get away with harassing people all day every day???

I received that exact same message today 3/10/2014. I decided to Google the number before I attempted to call them back and I am so glad I did.
