Did he show up/

My mom just got a call from this same guy saying he had papers to serve me .If he really did have papers to serve he wouldn't  be calling my parents. How do you get these people to stop bothering you and the people you know?

IT IS 100% a scam!!  My sister received this call yesterday and threatened her to be arrested by local police if she did not wire money within an hour.  THE VERY NEXT DAY. Myself and my mom got the same call from this Joke Gary.  DO NOT BELIEVE IT ONE BIT.  REPORT TO AUTHORITIES AND SAVE THE NUMBER IMMEDIATELY.

DO NOT VERIFY ANY MORE INFORMATION WITH THIS IDIOT OVER THE PHONE.  SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I just got the same phone call as the first one with a game name Steven Harding . He said he was going to serve me with papers have no idea what he is talking about .Called from and unknown number and left the phone number of 844-714-7298.This is the first time i have ever received a call so not sure what to do about .Sounds like some scam to me .

I got the exact same message from this Steven guy but he said he was calling to serve papers to my ex-husband's daughter and to have her ID available as they would be at my house on June 3rd which has long past.  He also provided a file number.  He left this number (844-714-7298) in the event that I had any questions.  Seems fishy to me and I'm afraid to call the numbe in case it is one of those automatic $50 charge schemes.  Thanks for your information.

Got a call yesterday from a private number. I didn't know who it was, so I did not answer. Caller left message saying that his name was Steven Harding and that he was a legal courier who was calling because I had a prescheduled court date and he was coming to serve me papers on Wednesday. He also told me to be at home on Wednesday, June 3 to receive the papers and to have a form of ID ready. He also left a file number.  I thought this was weird because when someone is served with papers, no one calls to tell a person that they are being served and show ID.
