Tried to tell me my personal bank was suing me for bounced checks and credit fraud on an account the bank advised me to close due to stolen checks. The bank has record of all of this and I called them to confirm what was up and they had no idea who this company was and they are certainly not representing them. Please turn this company immediately in to the proper authorities such as the FTC, and your state attorney general. If they keep calling please contact the Internet Crimes Division and your local police. Scam companies like this need to be dealt with immediately so they don't trick a less educated consumer

I received one from Edward as well but" Megan" picked up when I called back

They call at least once a week, I am tired of it I will be reporting to the attorney general or whoever I have to report to

Same here, it's all just a scare tactic. This is a ghetto collection company being ran out of someone's basement it sounds like.

Received a call (twice) from Edward (?) on my direct line at my office.  Both times the message said there was a ongoing investigation and I need to call back to show I am compliant.  The case number given is 502625.  These predatory scammers need to be stopped.  It sounds legit and I am sure would scare someone less cynical. The phone number to call back is 844-716-5388.  "Sarah" picks up.
