Of course you have goals! Your goal is to defraud people of money which you have no legal right to. We see you double-talking idiots here all the time.
Prove me wrong! Post your firms full name, valid physical address & the state(s) in which you are licensed to operate. You won't post anything but more double-talk. We all know why!
Skeff Ett Liv!

Oh is it necessary to have a Website "Jeff",  We are a small office and have no more that 5 employees. And yes dear I see that. I cant help what people without a job and ALOT of time on their hands say about this company. Does it make it true! For instance, we deal with a lot of people who are Habitual Offenders and live their lives on others dimes. WE exhaust every effort to try to get their "potential" cases mediated so they can avoid POSS litigation. So feel free to read all the comments, it is up to you to understand the truth and umm who is writing the false statements. It is NOT against the Law to NOT have a website. Enjoy your day

These people are insane.  Calling for some person I've never heard of. Threatening me and when called back then used foul/ offensive language and then tried to say I cussed at them.  This is definitely not a professional debt collection company.  Stop the harrasement and bullying!!!

This company has been calling me for a month. Telling me if I don't call they are going to contact state and federal government and have me punished under the law of my state. They also tell me to contact Sarah Blakely at Aurora Mediation at the 844 number after they call me from the 716 extension! I have no idea who these people are!

This is a bogus company that uses a search engine named TLO to get contact info on you about a debt you may or may not have. They are a scam and a bogus company named Aurora Mediation claiming that have documentation to finalize for whatever county to may reside in to pursue you. Anyone knows that there is no criminal complain that can be filed and this is something that will be charged off on your credit. If you receive a call from them contact the BBB, FTC, or State Attorney General's office for your state. If they call me from a new # which they frequently change #'s because of posts like this I will continue to update their #. They are a Fraud!!!!!!

Like yourself, I have been receiving daily phone calls from this same person. The voicemail message left has never named a person in my household so we do not know for whom the message is intended. A case number though we included. I did once return the call and was treated very rudely by a female representative whose name I do not remember (if she even gave her name). The phone calls have threatened legal action. Some of my personal information the female representative threw in my face seems to have been gleaned from my LinkedIn profile; if the company is real it could check my LinkedIn profile more thoroughly to see that I am disabled and on SSDI. Today I filed a complaint with the FTC. I hope these nuisance calls stop.

I received a call from this number and the voice mail left said they were going to serve me papers within 48 hours on a civil matter in my county.  There was no case number but he just said it was tied to my SSN.  Typically normal collection companies say the last 4 digits so you know they are talking to the right person.  The number he gave only Googled this site and another complaint site.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, is warning consumers to be on the alert for scam artists posing as debt collectors. It may be hard to tell the difference between a legitimate debt collector and a fake one. Sometimes a fake collector may even have some of your personal information, like a bank account number. A caller may be a fake debt collector if he:

?is seeking payment on a debt for a loan you do not recognize;
?refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number;
?asks you for personal financial or sensitive information; or
?exerts high pressure to try to scare you into paying, such as threatening to have you arrested or to report you to a law enforcement agency.

If you think that a caller may be a fake debt collector:

?Ask the caller for his name, company, street address, and telephone number. Tell the caller that you refuse to discuss any debt until you get a written "validation notice." The notice must include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
If a caller refuses to give you all of this information, do not pay! Paying a fake debt collector will not always make them go away. They may make up another debt to try to get more money from you.?Stop speaking with the caller. If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. By law, real debt collectors must stop calling you if you ask them to in writing.
?Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft ? charging your existing credit cards, opening new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.
?Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate ? but you think the collector may not be ? contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.
?Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.

Got a message from 716-404-4702 that wants me (or my counsel) to call 844-755-0423 to discuss resolution of an "item returned from my bank"  I'm pretty sure this is another one of those scams that claims to be collecting a non-existent payday loan but wanted to see if anybody else got this.  Stated the name of the company is "Aurora Mediation".  I googled the name and the phone numbers and nothing comes up.
