Got a call from them on my phone asking for my husband. Called them back and was told that they are looking for someone that neither of us knows and they state that he was used as a reference and they need us to take the papers their process server has and serve the person they are looking for. Had my husbands name and our address but that is public record at this point. She got a little snippy and said "Ok well we will just have to proceed to court without her"...Sure go ahead, have NO CLUE who this woman is other than what the company before them called asking for her said. Which included that they would remove my husbands name from the information so that this didn't keep happening. Never told me what company they are with other than she was the switch board operator but was able to give me a whole lot of information when I gave her the extension that they left.

PAY UR DAMN BILLS LOL

I answered a phone call without caller ID yesterday. They requested that I give this phone number to my mother because it was for a court summons and that this number was a law office she needed to speak to. The person I spoke with (Lisa) called back today asking if i relayed the message. After  I told her that it was shady she was calling from a restricted number and I wanted nothing to do with it she said she was going to send someone to my mom's property to have her sign papers. Law offices do not do this for court summons. Give them no information.

These people are calling my family and my jobs harassing and scaring them with their threats toward urgently locating me. I have settled the debt they are trying to collect from me ( over the phone). I have lived in the same location for nine years. If they have papers for me they need to deliver to my home and not threaten me at my jobs.

This number just called and left a message....They didn't state their name or company.  Said something to the effect that they had some legal documents that I needed to take care of in a timely manner or they would take action.  The referred to the person filing the documents as Shirley Smith.

These people have been calling me weekly saying this is for legal documents form their Clerks" office....they had an address that was over 20 years old...
