This jerk called left a message and apparently reading from a script ( couldn't even read correctly and stuttered ) and told that I will be served in my county for criminal matter ( like I'm stupid and don't know the law ). These low life bottom feeders would do anything to scam people for money. So people, don't even bother to call them back because they're just scammers, no legit office or website and always change phone numbers ( WTF ). Don't get suckered into paying them.

My husband received a call from this number on my phone stating he was a "person of interest" regarding an ongoing investigation pertaining to his sister. They requested he call back asap to help assist them before they pursue with legal action.

They called me and left a voice mail and they even called my sister saying that I had a pending case. They girl who was on the phone kept putting me on hold. When she finally came back on the line she gave me the name of their company as Texas Arbitration. When asked where they were located she said they have a main office in Texas but have arbitrators in all 50 states. She said that I had taken a payday loan out with Pac Management Group (which I have no idea who that is). I asked her what the contact info that company was and she wouldn't give me any saying that all correspondence would now be done through them. She said it was an online pay day loan. I asked what their website was and again she refused to give me any info. She said she was going to take out criminal charges on me for Bad Checks and for Intent to Defraud a financial institution. She said that since I was unwilling to take care of the matter they were going to pursue me on Criminal charges. Any time I tried to get anymore info she would just yell at me and refuse to give me anymore info and was just really rude and then hung up.
