RUDE ILLEGAL SCAM W***ES

It is illegal for them to call you at work!

Yea well they have been calling my work and telling my supervisor that this is my last chance. Uses the name Tim Blake. Once I mention attorney they hang up. Man this sucks.  

I received a call from this number last night and know how to block it permanently.  I've blocked other calls too and they no longer call me.  I've also blocked all restricted, private, and unknown callers.  

I use Verizon as my cell phone provider.  Within Verizon, there is an option called Family Base that lets you block numbers for an indefinite period of time.  Family Base costs $5 per month and is well worth it, in my opinion.

Ive been receiving calls from them for 2 days now...same thing saying they were going to serve me papers if i dont secure a payment with a credit card...yes i do owe for a loan but I dont think this is how to go ahead getting paid. I told them to bring me the papers cause i wanted to know the exact company i owed and was more then willing to set up payment through the court if need be....said they were worried about collecting but about defrauding and breaching contract...it all seems fishy from the first day they called....wish i could get some REAL answers!

I keep getting these calls too. First on was from a Derik Jordan and the second from Tim somebody. They gave me two different claim numbers and the same BS answer. When you call the number it comes up BOS services. You can't get a hold of anyone and sometimes the mailbox is full . Who are these people.? WTF?

They called me saying I owe over 600 to advance America when they don't give out loans for more than 300.

Getting phone call from them about a claim number that i owe them money. They will not give me an address or NAME OF COMPANY TELEPHONE NUMBER IS 488-841-4027

when I asked them for there address they refused to give it to me. They stated it was for security purposes. Under the fair debt collection act it states they have to give I an address. Im pretty sure it's a scam. They have also been calling and harassing my family.

I'm receiving the same calls and threats.  Has anyone been able to get rid of these people?

Yea, I took a payday loan out for rent a few years ago but im pretty sure I paid it off.  I got a call from an "unknown" number.   He left me a message with his name and the number 844-841-4027.  He said to call that or he would have to deliver sealed papers to my work if I don't call them.  He gave me a case number as well but did not leave the name of his employer.  I think it's a scam but I will call the number tomorrow and ask for a Debt Validation letter as well as the Company name, address, phone number and their name as well as my amount owed and original debtor.

They said I applied for a payday loan in april 12 2012. That I got 200 dollars and closed my account and never paid. Now they want $550 and say a "locator" will serve me papers for fraud. If I pay now it's only $325. They do not know the name of the company who supposedly wired this money to my bank account. They knew all my information. But claimed they were not a collection agency.

I have received 2 separate calls from an initial Tim Blake then he stated he had a complaint against me. When I called this other number it was for a company called BOR. When I asked what there address was they refused to give it to me supposedly for security purposes. The women stated the business was from Atlanta GA. She wanted me to verify the last 4 digits of my social security number and I said absolutely not. I asked her why she couldn't give me any info as they had given me a claim number. I did a reverse phone look up and it's unknown. I also went on another site and it showed the number was coming from somewhere in Asia. If its a valid debt collector they would never nor do u have to pay over the phone using a credit card. Pretty sure it's a scam. Read the Fair Debt Collection Act.

Got a call today asking for several people related then my husband. There's a claim number... seems shady.

Called and left a message on my cell phone that a Saphron Davis had a claim and that they needed the home and work address so that the claim could be delivered.  I called them back and told them I did not know a Saphron Davis and he asked me if I was XXXX (my first name) and then hung up.  Very strange call.......

This company from phone number 18448414027 called about some money I owe. I wanted to make arrangements to send money every month but they will provide me with company info where I can send payments. They told me to get a prepaid card.
