Received a round of calls on Thursday 3/28/13 at 12:40 pm, 1:33 pm, 2:02 pm, 2:53 pm, and 7:12 pm.  I do answer calls from numbers I don't know, but they could have left a message and didn't.  Clearly, this can be considered harassment.

I got a new number from AT&T, which belonged to someone else because I get calls and notes from people I do not know.  I have also been getting called by this Pinnacle Financial.  Fortunately, I have not answered because I do not answer numbers I do not know.  Luckly, thanks to all the posts, I have been able to find out that this is this Pinnacle Financial. This number says it is NY, USA.  Pinnacle Financial also calls on 850-572-3487 (Pensacola, FL), 609-385-1122 (NJ), 919-636-3772 (NC),and 765-273-4568 (Muncie, IN).  They never leave a message and so, just ignore.

Once again, I received a call from 845-206-4018, New York. The caller left no message on my voice mail.
My number is on the Do Not Call list. So, some company is getting away with breaking the rules.

It'd be nice if our government actually took action against corporations rather than the little people who owe bills.  It's not like poor people and people in debt are trying to ruin the country - we're broke. And now we're enslaved to the credit card companies.

Seems to be a debt collector (Pinnacle?) looking for someone named Sean Powers.  They call from a different number each time.  I've only had this number a week so looks like the previous owner of this number was a deadbeat.  They seem surprised when I tell them I don't know any Sean Powers.

These idiots call my number several times every day and usually don't leave a message.  But if they do it's always the same recorded one saying the name of the person they are looking for, then they do a 3 second pause so if it's not you, you are suppose to hang up.  Then the message says by continuing to liisten to this message THEY left on YOUR machine, you are acknowledging you are the person they are looking for.  What a freakin joke!!  If someone leaves me a message, you better believe I will listen to it and I am NOT acknowledging jack chit!

Just got a call on my cell phone. I would swear that Verizon is giving out numbers in order to gain minutes on our phone bills, could be wrong though.  If this is a debt collector I'm puzzled as I do not have any debt, haven't had in 30 years so it must be other cons or scams involved.  Will contact both the State Attorney General's office and, please excuse me writing the name (Eric Holder's) office to see if they can put a stop to this kind of calling.

It's Pinnacle Financial Group. They are Debt Collectors. AT & T issued me a new number and unfortunately, it belonged to someone who left debt behind. I have FIFTY DIFFERENT phone numbers that I've received from this collection agency. They REFUSE to believe I am not the man they are trying to collect from but the NEW owner of the number AT&T issued me.  They won't listen so either get a new number or place their number on silent ringtone each time they call from a different number. So far, I've got 50 of their numbers stored. What a bunch of JERKS!

I called the number back today - it belongs to Pinnacle Financial Group (debt collectors)

This number has called me everyday for the past two weeks. It's called me 20 times within the last three hours. It does not leave a voice mail. The caller id says "New York Call". Every time I try to answer, the phone hangs up. Then the one time i did hear someone they were asking for Maria Lopez and if I wasn't her to hang up.

Calling my cell phone several times a day, It is important enough to continue harassing me but they never leave a message, Calling at 9pm and even up till 9:30pm. Next time I am in a confrontational mood I think I will answer and give them a piece of my mind, what little I can spare.

They are calling probably 20 times a day using different numbers. Another number that just called me which is also Pinnacle-410-739-3600 from Baltimore, MD.  They do not leave message.  They are usually sarcastic if you try to talk to them.
