I keep getting calls with no message from this number....even when I answer they do not respond...

Constantly calling my cell phone, never leaves message. I finally answered and a man with a very thick accent told me he was a "school matching service". If I understood him right. I told him I'm not interested and to remove my number from his calling list. He also told me at the beginning of the call that it was being recorded. CREEPY!

I have no idea why this person is consistenly calling my line, they never leave and name or their reason for calling!
