they say there calling from Washington DC but 845 is a New York area code and this time when he called me it shows up an India number. Some times it a CA area code..  He has different names all the time..... I curse him out all the time and he still calls after i tell him to stop calling my phone.. Thats when he changes his name.

These foreign speaking people are calling from this number every day.  Sometimes several times a day.  This is a business and they keep calling asking for an employee that they can not even say the simple name Lori!  They claim they are from the State Attorney General's office.  SCAM!
Today his name wa Peter Nelson.  You can tell it is the same people and they keep changing their names.

I got a call from the same people, only this guy says his name is peter white from the same phone number; clearly these are scamer,but not smart ones i am turning this matter over to the police department in my area.

Received a phone call from this guy "James Anderson" at 4:30 IN THE MORNING stating he was going to file legal action against me if I don't give him a call. Said he have my Social Security number and everything and he was going to use it if he didn't get what he wants, which he didn't say at all of the intention of the call. Found out that CashNet USA have been leaking information to 3rd party lenders which then sells it to scammers.

this number had called my husband cell number and also came up 845-335-5078 saying he was Officer James Anderson and he was doing a investigation for criminal acts! Totally untrue, for one a officer would come to your door for such things! Or have you come to the police station! SCAM!! I turned the phone call over to the local police! They to had all of his info!

Call id from this phone # and did not answert it.  They never left a message.

Calling my work and cell phone threatning to send his investigation team and sheriff department to my work. Also asked me to fax my credit card information because I was being sued my a cash advance company for non payment. He wanted credit card info and he also wanted me to send him copy of the card front and back.When I asked that I want to speak to the client directly, he didnt want me to do so.

I got a call from a Sandra Davis King from the Dept. of Law Investigation from Washington D.C.  It sounded like a man with a very heavy accent from the MiddleEast.  He had my husbands SS# and said that he was in very serious trouble because he had not paid a loan and that he was very disappointed in me and my husband to think we would have such a loan out. He was representing CashNet. We paid that loan off a while back and so I know I don't owe anything. I hung up on him and he left a message saying he would have to add criminal charges because we angered him by hanging up and not taking his call when he tried to call back.  I know this is a scam. I am worried because he has all our personal information.
