Please do not answer the phone that numbers you don't know.  they are scamming the people.  They call me too many times from differents differents phone numbers they want your hard earning money.  These BASTERS HAVE TO FIND A JOB. THESE BASTERS HAVE TO GET UP FROM THERE A** TO WORK. PLEASE BECAREFUL DO NOT PAY THESE KINDS A***OLES, JERKS, LOW LIFE JERKS,BASTERS.

They called me 13 times today, saying nasty dirty talk ... Unbeliveable!! I don't know what to do I feel like I need to report them but to who? I recorded the conversation the last time, it was nasty:(

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

Indian guy called my phone said from legal department of FDIC cant even understand him but I called thr real FDIC its not real its a scam why cant we do anything to these damn hackers!

got a call from here, mans name was Frank Jones.  I asked how he got the name Jones, was his father Jones, he had no answer,  went on about he is from the Federal Department of Internet Crime, and there was a lawsuit against me and my social security number, I don't know how someone can sue your ss#.  Horrible english and grammar.  I pretended to cry and be scared, he transfered me.  Said I will get a visit from investigators at my work tomorrow. I told him I don't work saturdays, then he said that i will get a visit at my house.  That is when I turned up on him, saying so you  are threatening to have people visit my house and arrest me.  On what terms and what warrant, and how will this be done on a saturday. left him on the line, put the phone in my pocket and went along with my day.  
What do these people hope to accomplish, if they do nothing but call people and threaten with lawsuits, arrests and legal action, but they mention nothing about money.  once i insult them about their english, their mood totally changes.  Certainly not a professional american company, and certainly not a Federal employee.  

They have called me numerous times to threaten me with "legal action against my name and property" for an online loan I NEVER took out!  When you hang up on them, they call back repeatedly!!!!  2 weeks ago they told me that I would have papers and an arrest warrant served on me the next morning.  I told them then to make sure they had the right address and name because when the police showed up to serve me I was going to have the callers investigated.  Of course, no papers ever showed up.  However, they did just call me again.  How do I get them to stop?

I've gotten about 6 or 7 calls from this number starting 2 days ago. When he asks for someone specific (Dan Bordello or something), I've told him (3 times) that this is the wrong #. Heavy foriegn (Indian?) accent - I can only partially understand him. Wants me to give him my number/name, but I won't. Persistent b*****d, and trys to make you believe he's with the FBI. When I asked him specifically if he was, he says NO - I'm with the F???? (can't understand him).

Got a call today from  a man with a very thick accent and could not really understand him but he said he was calling form a federal agency (which is funny cause I work for the Feds) and threatened to arrest me and sue me and my family.  didn't really say why he was calling but I blcoked the number with Mr. Number!!

Got a call at work stating I owe these people never took a loan out with them, threatening me and saying I better pay and Iwill go to jail if I don't, something needs to be done about this!

I just had a call from them today 3/13/2014. They have made me cry at work Infront of my co worker. Saying that I had a loan  need to pay them. The loaner sue ing me if I don't pay them tonite.  If not I will get arrested tomorrow. They were yelling and very unpatient.

They kept calling and harrassment me and my coworkers at my job and claiming they are from fbi legal department. They are foreign people. Cant understand a word they say. Have them stopped.

Got 8 calls from them.  They left a message but I could not understand them and couldn't even tell if it was a man or a woman.  They said they were with some federal department and a warrant would be issued for my arrest.  They are lame.

called supposedly from a legal department when they leave a message it is all foreign people unable to understand what they are saying stating i have a loan and then i asked for some sort of statement to prove it is legite per them unable to provide a statement since supposedly i had a loan online

Received a call today from this number.  A guy with a heavy indian accent saying his name was Alexander Black and I owe some type of loan for the amount of $500 that clearly did not exist.  Do not fall for their scams they are trying to take your hard earned money from you!

This is NOT how the FDIC operates...OR ANY legitimate debt collector, for that matter.

You'll never receive any legal papers from them, or anything else.

Received a message from this number from a male who stated he was roman martin from some dept of the FDIC and that they had a lawsuit against me and that me or my attorner need to call him back and that if I didn't all he could do was wish me the best of luck...male also had an Indian accent and could barely understand him.

got a call from this guy claiming to be John write stating that i took out a pyaday loan thru cash advance but i never took one out thur them online. and he has a heavy indian accent.
