Calls and doesn't answer.

Have no idea who this is. Keep calling my number and they don't answer when I pick up. I call back and get a recording.

I keep getting calls all day and night from this number. When I answer noone answers. I call back and get a recording.

I recently changed my number, as recent as three days ago. I have a private unlisted number and I was recieving very harrassing calls from bill collectors who do not even have the righjt person. This number called my o;ld number but I never spoke to them. called back and the message says Thank You for calling TKSI all representatives are busy assisting other callers, please leave a message.

How on earth did who ever this is get my new private,unlisted number? I am unable to find any information about this company.
