yup,.  we get the same from this number, they call all the time.  there is never anyone on the line if we pick it up.  very annoying....

I have also received many calls from this number.  Only Mass cards from this organization.  It is ashame that they would use telemarketers.   No messages are left on answering machine

This is upsetting to know that a Catholic organization from which I have bought Mass cards from in the past has given my phone number to a telemarketer. They call every day and this is bordering on scary. Wish they would cease. Will avoid doing business with the organization in the future.

This caller calls 2 or 3 times a day-- been dealing with this since Nov 2012, and it is now Feb 2013--they never leave a message. When I pick up the phone, I never seem to get them to talk- the caller is silent, or they hang up. This is harassment- find it hard to believe it is not illegal.

I went to the Franciscan Friars of the Atonement website and got the main number and called them and it is a telemarketing company they are using for donations. You may not agree with their methods but it is NOT a scam.

Called my home number once on the 15th and again today, the 16th. Ignored both, no message left.
If they thought a message would get you to call back, they would have left one.

Identifying her self as a religious organization wanting a donation. I recently donated some money to a similar organizations and told her it is unlikely that a non-for-profit organization would use a telephone marketer to request a donation. I told the female woman to take me off her list as I suspected it was a Scam.

Received a call from (845) 477-5532 on February 7, 2013 @ 9:10 am.  CID read Greenwood La, NY.  No message was left on our answering machine.

caller asked for someone by name when i said she wasn't here and asked who was calling he said the Franciscan Friars of Atonement. he said he'd call back. I had misread the caller ID and thought it was someone else. I almost never answer these calls and will certainly not answer this number again!

Tired of this number calling me.  Calls most every day.  Sometimes twice per day.

This is a SCAM chairty, praying on older people who happen to be catholic.
When I asked what she wanted with the person she asked for, she HUNG UP!

When you cann the number back, it is listed as a non working number. Though it is a working number, that they somehow were able only make outgoing  F R A U D  calls with no incomming accepted.
