They are scams!!!!!!!!!!  I don't owe them anything.  I don't even have a payday loan.  Don't believe them.  They are such liars and everything said above (except Sharon's) is true.  They curse/lie/hang up on you/won't let you speak/irrate/threaten to arrest you.  Please be careful and report them to those above links.  I report stuff to the FTC all the time, and a few months ago to the online link above.  That company quickly fixed their stuff w/me.

I believe she is a rep from the company.  You can tell because the conversation is broken english.  We don't talk like that, plus...the company is a fraud so her getting on their saying that, you she's a fraud.  None of us owe them any money.  I wish I knew how they got my number.

Keeps calling me stating they re officers of the court, an attorney, a police officer, making threats, has strong middle eastern accent. has my full name SS# and states they deposited money into my checking account. checked with bank no such transaction ever took place, becomes irrate when you will not give him information.

i just got a phone call today while i was at work the same thing happen to me to he is tellin me that i need to make a payment of 300 dollars if not on monday morning the cops would come and throw me behinds bars so i need help with this

Yes, I received the same calls.  These people are crazy...What a SCAM...I can't believe they expect us to just start sending them money.  These people need to be locked up and thrown in jail.  How dare they harass me at work and tell me I'm being sued and I owe them money.  SCREW THEM.....

They are criminals. You do not have to be civil to them. Your best defense is a strong offense. Buy a whistle or air horn or use your smoke alarm to blow their ears off.

I  got a call  from a jason write and told him i spoke 2 the bank and there had been no deposits made into that account he became angry and said a officer would be at my door in 30 mins to lock me up

Received a call from this number this morning.  Ask the gentelman for his name and number.  I googled it while on the phone with him.  Started reading back his allias names to him and he hung up on me.  What a joke.

I received a call from a man saying his name was Justin Smith with a strong middle-eastern accent. He claimed that he was hired to collect for Cash Advance USA and was threatening jail time. He even attempted to read me the Miranda Warning and said that "if I could not afford an attorney, one will be provided at no cost". Seriously, WTH? It was the 2nd time that this has happened and probably not the last. I threaten them back with a law suit everytime and get in shouting matches with them. It's kinda funny in a way. Just beware of these idiots. I think "Sharon" grasp of the english language is horrific.

P.S. Sharon, tell your boss that they will never scam a dime out of any of us. Your caught, so deal with!

same here claimed to have a judgement from lawsuit wanted my attorney of record name so i gave them an attorney name told them we were aware they were scam artists and the fbi has my phone tapped they started screaming assho*e ect and hung up

An Indian sounding man & woman have called my home everyday 3 or 4 times a day leaving very threatening messages. This has been going on for several months now. They state they are from Advanced ? Legal Services, who I have never heard of. They threaten that they have my Social Security on hold? I have no clue who, what, or why they continue to harass me. I am so sick of these calls on Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, as well as Monday thru Friday, They do not stop. Time of day does not matter to them either. The same people also call from 845-765-9442. Their voices are very Indian sounding. They also sound like they are talking in water. It is very hard to understand either of them. I am just so tired of it all. They need to just stop.They leave a full threatening message on Voice mail every time.single time.That is not supposed to happen, because of privacy laws. Anyone else in my home could pick up the phone and get these disgusting messages. I am a retired older woman & I am sick of this

After calling me several times and me rejecting the call several times, I answered a phone call from this number 850-364-0871. The man and/or men that I spoke with was very hard to understand indian people by the names of Sean Black and Jack Wilson. (They both sounded like the same men to me). Besides i have never met an indian person by that sort of name. The man that i spoke to was saying that i have been sued by american credit services for a $5,000 cash advance that i did not pay back. This is ridiculous because i have not received any kind of cash advance. When I answered he stated that he was officer so-n-so and that i owed money and that i needed to resolve this or they were going to contact my employer. They also told me that i needed to have my manager and lawyer contact them at 845-481-8983 and so i had my manager call. They began to tell him that i owed money (every time was a different amount). It was mentioned to my manager that if we would pay $500 now that this would be resolved and we would not be arrested this evening. Then it went to $2000. My manager stated that he was going to call the local law inforcment and give them the phone number to be sure that this was all true. They said for him to do that and when he got there that he would be arrested and that they were downloading an arrest warrant for him now. They told him too, that they were going to send an officer to my home to arrest me if i didnt pay this money in 2 days. The entire time we were talking, they were very hard to understand due to the accent and the background noise. They hung up on my manager twice. They wouldn't hardly let you get a word in because they were talking so fast.

I think that "Sharon" is probably from the same company that threatens people with phony law suits. Obviously from another country, as many foreigners put American's dollar sign at the end and the speech pattern is EXACTLY as these scum bags would say without the script that they read from. I too have been caught up in the PDL trap. I KNOW without a doubt who I owe, owed and did not pay. Badgering someone on the phone with empty threats and saying that the police will come to get you (there is no such thing as debtor's prison since the 1600's) is disgusting. Every time I receive a call from these clowns, I add it to the FBI's Internet Crime website. The more numbers that we can put on there, the closer we can get to shutting these SOB's down and get they out of America. I just received 4 calls from this number today.  They are asking for my Husband and they say he is my employee.  The man with a Very Strong Middle East Accent said his name is Office Peter Jones with a Police Department.  When we asked him what Police Department he was with he became irritated.  He wants my husband to pay $890 for something and won't tell us what it's for.  Wants us to send him a typed up document stating that he can take our money from our acct weekly with my husband's drivers license # on it.  These people have my husbands ss#.  my Husband spoke with him on the 2nd phone call and now their calling me again.  I asked the Office Peter Jones to stop calling and he said "shut up, let me talk to him". Who can I report this to?  I hate to have my husband call them back and get IRATE! Please help!

The man calling said some very awful things as to what he wanted to do to me.  My co-worker heard what he said and I have reported this number to Security.  This is a Government facility and actions will be taken.

I received a call like that today stating that he is an oficer Peter Jones and that there is a pending case against me. stated to him that I didn't get a loan from those people and I told him if he calls me again he will be talking to my lawyer and I hung up. Hasn't called back.

These middle easterns or pakistani accents having morons called my place of employment non stop eight times. I threatened him with calling the police for harrassment and he stopped. The key is that you must state DO NOT CALL ME AND REMOVE THIS NUMBER. At that point it becomes against the law in all 50 states. And these b*****ds know that. They wont call anymore,I guarantee it.

I would like to say that they are a scam!!! When theis david watson calls he can not even say my name right,for that matter he can't even talk english!!!! He threatens on the phone and then wants personal bank info. i just read that they are a scam!!!! if you owe on a payday loan you will be notifyed by the company not some  guy who can't even speak english or for that matter know what he is talking about!!!
