Phone calls but no voice

I'm in Baltimore too and receive several calls a day from this number.  They can call all the want........I won't pick-up the telephone. HaHaHaHa!

Interesting.  Well, I'm in Baltimore, I have nothing do with Orange County NY, I have no idea why they'd be calling me.

They appear to have moved on to some other company's dirty work.

I guessing they want to try to sell me a copy of the Baltimore Spun.

I was thinking of gettign a sunscription, but now they are banned from my home. I hope they read this and realize that any company that does business this way will do no business with me!

Ban This paper from your home!!!!

Your correct about The Times Herold Record. I talked to one of them and he said he would remove my number but they never did.845-512-1580

It's the Times Herald Record in Orange County, NY trying to harrass people to subscribe to their newspaper.They don't take NO for an answer and will call you till you change your number to say yes.

Got a call, didn't reconize the number, and whenI called back, all I got was music

same as others.  I called back once and received muzak for a minute prior to being disconnected.

I received a call from this number also.  Noone spoke.  I tried calling back and got a busy signal.

I keep getting calls from them on my cell phone. They never leave a message.

I picked up the phone before they hung up finally.  It is a marketing firm hired by Newburgh Times Herald to sell subscriptions to their rag.  I am on the National "do not call registry", and have been for years, but the "Times Herald" does not seem to subscribe to it!
You can call their subscription and other departments at 888-620-1700 to voice your disapproval!

this number contacted me and hung up. It then contacted my fax machine and hung up. I attempted to look up the number with no information available. (This is not legal for a telemarketer). I called them back. They hung up. I called back 15 times, one right after another until someone answered. (This works great because they can't work until they take care of you) This company is a newspaper promotion company.

These people called me twice yesterday and so far once today - a Sunday no less!  This happens 2 to 3 times a year for a couple weeks during a promotion period.  This paper stinks and don't want it.  They also hang out at the local Shop Rite and harass people.

I get a weekly call from this number. It's the Times Herald Record in Middletown, NY looking to sell subscriptions. I have told them no a hundred times yet they still call and bother me.

I get a call from them once a month. It's for the Times Herald Record. They never leave a message and when you call it goes straight to music. They never answer. I have told them I'm not interested several times yet they still call. Times Herald Record has become a gossip tabloid-no real news so I would never subscribe!

Got a call today from this number.  I answered on the third ring but the line was dead.  I called the number back and a male answered stating that they had called for the Times Herald-Record in Middletown, NY, and they were doing a promotion to deliver that paper for three months.  Thing is, I already have a subscription.  And I'm registered with the Nat Do-Not-Call list.  Unbelievable.

They call my cell all the time and never leave a message. I don't know how they got my number and whem I call back I get a busy signal.

I am from the Pocono Record and I am very sorry but we are really a stupid Newspaper. We have nothing better to do than call everyone in the world on the off chance we will get some unsuspecting elderly people to send us money.

Received 2 calls today at 9:45a and 2:15p from the number.  They didn't leave a message.

Got a call from this number; they didn't leave a message so I called them back. It was the sales office for a PA newspaper, even though it's a NY number.

It's a telemarketing call. Don't know why I am getting calls from them as I am on the fed. and state No Call Lists.
