It might be possible to block calls from this number.  Ask your cell provider how.

Or put this number in your contacts list and assign it the ring tone "no ring".  That won't stop the calls but it will make them easier to ignore.

I would like to report this number. They call my cell at all hours and never say anything.

This has been going on for months.
