I keep getting spam texts from this number which has a different email addy each time pay40.com and lending5.com. I want this to END!!!

This is the second time I got this text messaged to me on my cell phone.  The text is asking if you want "cash fast, up to $1500.00".  The website given is www.AMERICA60.com.
This is a no kidding scam. Don't access the website, as it probably has tracking cookies and it's a way for the company to hack your information.

I am getting the text messages also. They are definately a spammer as the first was from www.america60.com and the second was from www.cash39.com

Ok, this reports to be a cell #in NY State through Omnipoint Communications (start e-mailing them too!) Yes it is illegal to spam cell phones if you are a tele-marketer type. Short of blocking this number from calling your phone (where is the satisfaction in that?) reporting to the FCC is the best option.... while you are still kinda mad about the whole thing, why not use that anger constructively and hire a P.I. (Vinny Parco are you getting all this?) to trace the source of this crap, then publish his/her home and cell numbers so we can ALL call day and night to voice our opinions!  Ok, just the phone rage talking. What you should also do (for real this time) is list your number on the Do Not Call Registry (home and cell) and any future calls will carry more weight when you report infractions. Beware sites that look like the real thing, but carry .com, .biz or any other domains other than .gov, or that contain misspelled words or contain poor grammar, or that seem to be an e=mail reply with links or requests for you to provide additional personal information. Common sense stuff. Safeguard your privacy!

Got a text message from this number and I have no idea who is it or why they are sending the message.  The message is referring to a first or second cash loan.
