I also got a call from officer Martin Scott also with the heavy mid-estern accent who called my work with a payday loan I had not repaid he said that he had their lawyer on the phone as well and the call was being recorded. I said he was in luck as I also was with my lawyer and when my lawyer asked for a fax of the pay-day loan contract they were unable to provide one and when my lawyer stated that since this pay day loan company was dealing in fraud she had advised me to counter sue and we needed his badge number and physical address to have a seponia (sp) delivered to him he hung up and we can no longer get him to take our calls

The number he gave me to give my sister is 845-694-3001, but the number that showed up on my phone is 052-147-873.

Brenda, do you know anything more about this Indian-sounding guy because I got an "Officer Gary Smith" calling about a loan my sister took out and has not repaid?  "Officer Smith" is from "The Department In Law and Investigations".  That's exactly how he said it.  He did not say where he was located, but gave me the hours 8 A.M. - 5 P.M., Monday - Friday.

i got a call from this number a man with an indian (india) accent said he was Joe Kelley( nice Irish Boy???) not just Joe kelley but OFFICER Joe Kelley from the the Dept of Law investigations!

I find this odd when I got harrasing calls all day at work from an officer williams who sounds like the same guy with a phone number from san francisco. he is a SCAM!!!!
