Cash Advance Nigeria.  I owe the criminals money?  I told them to come and get me and the money. I have a gun and will use it.

U guys are describing exactly what happened to me today ! But the # the call came from was 619-330-6804.  It was ridiculous.

Some place calls my house and family saying they are from liason international saying I owe them money for a payday loan.what a bunch of crap I dont owe them money.

Bob, you are so right I challenged their intellect on the law and they fell flat on their Turbin. they said I would be put in jail for 6 months, I would have my Drivers liscense revoked, and that would loose my social security.

I have read some of the replies and thought i could elaborate.  I have been harassed by the camel humpers myself. Always threatening that a legal team will show up on my doorstep and arrrest me if I do not send them money.  They use a payday loan pitch and they have your SSN, and they did have mine.  They never fulfiil their threats because they are full of S..t. Try and ask them for their Attornyey State Bar number and they wlll hang up. They know they are a scam and will get real hostile when you tell them so. Now they threaten me with the Attorney General over a ficticious amount of money, was three hundred and now is in the 10 thousands. TOTAL SCAM people. Here are some other numbers that I have recieved calls from the same people. 646-918-5945, 781-443-7231, 951-489-0234, 512-646-2651, 646-918-5948, 512-646-2651, 714-882-1910. I believe they are using disposable phone numbers and are alluding Federal officials.
Please pass on the word, these guys are evil, dangerous, and very decietful. Theys use legal jargon but have not idea what they are talking about if you chanllenge them.  

As they would say "All I can do is wish you a good luck as this situation unfolds on you"!

Guy keeps calling my cell phone saying he is from litigation department says I have a lawsuit filed against me for a past due payday loan I do not have any past due payday loans he says his name is sam davis or david cooper even got a micheal once the dude has a middle eastern accent and the number frequently changes beware these guys are liars they got number from a payday loan app but I never got the loan

Received a call from Justin from this number three days in a row....answered one and he stated I owed money from a payday loan back in Sept2010...wrong answer !!!  Never took one out.  Making numerous threats and got extremely agitated when I asked questions...I even called back and someone else answered AND ASKED WHY THE HELL AM I CALLING THEM...so today I got another call from Officer Jose "representing law firm" making same threats but to call 520 423-6616...same voice but different name and requested a callback to a diff number....unreal....

Just Ignore these calls.  They are calling in regards to a Payday Loan you may or may not have applied for.  Their tactic's are very Illegal to say the least.  They will tell you that they have a Lawsuit against you and that you will be arrested.  They Do Not have a lawsuit against you nor could they even try.  The reason the BBB and the FTC as well as the FBI cannot do much about it except to take your report is that these people don't operate in the United States.  They use Skype to manipulate the number's to make it look as tho they are operating within our border's, They Are Not.  Also, be very wary of any Mail Communication's you may receive from these so-called Debt Collector's as they are also known to produce Fake Legal Paper's in the form of a Summons.  Also be advised that even some Domestic Collection Agencies use the Fake Summons tactic

On 8-2-11 this # was used by a debt settlement lead generator w/ a thick E Indian accent.

Indian accent speaking folks saying they are the litigation dept. collecting pay day cash advance, arrest and jail if i don't pay. I say bring it onnnn!! they run my hard worked for minutes off my phone. They are scammers trying to get your bank info. Someone needs to shut them down. Give them a real job that makes calluses on their hands maybe a few splinters too.

Got 3 calsl from this #. Guy gave his name as Bruce and company is called McDonald Management. I didn't even listen to his spiel.whole thing sounded very fishy!!!!

Call several times today, I asked to speak to supervisor and he got upset.  Steve called again the (Ninth Time) he proceeded to talk pornagraphic this time.  I reported the number and had it blocked.

Got a call last Friday from a guy with an Indian accent who identified himself as Kevin Watson from McDonald Management.  Said I need to call him back about my "personal business".  Asked me to call him at (845) 765-9442.   Figured it was a scam, and checked here to confirm.  Obviously, I will not be calling back.

Take it with a grain of salt.  After being contacted by these scammers more than a few times, you will
know whether it's legit or not.  If they threaten you, call your local law enforcement.  First time it's a bit
frightening (that's their angle), then it becomes annoying.  
Don't let them scare you.  You have the upper hand!  REPORT  REPORT REPORT!!!

There is no such lender by the name Cash Advance America.  It could be a liason site that connects people with lenders, & most likely it could be a fictitious name, taken from names of different lenders.
These scammers do that alot.  As you get more experience with scammers, you learn their MO, how
they put together their fake lawsuit documents,  & can tell just by looking or listening that they are not
legit.  Take down the information/phone numbers, & report it all immediately to the FTC, BBB, & any
other legal advisors available.

I got a call at my workplace from an Indian man, who went by the name, Justin. Being at work, I told  
 the caller, "Justin"  that she (being me) is not in the office today.  I took a message (to be given to me)
 to call him at 845-765-9442.  I could not make out the name of the company he was calling from, &
 when I kept pressing him for that information, he hung up.  Out of curiosity,  I called the number, & it
 went to voice mail, no company name given.  This is a scam, folks!  
 Do NOT talk with these people!  Do NOT give them ANY information!  Do NOT let them scare you!  
 They are pathetic & don't know when to quit.  Report any/all calls to the FTC, BBB, and your local law
 enforcement agency, should they threaten you.  It's also advisable to report them to your financial
 counselor or attorney, if you are filing bankruptcy or paying down debts.  They can investigate.

They called me saying the same thing. I'm only 16. How do they get your name and number is what id like to know, they really need to stop !

Got a call about 2 weeks ago regarding payday loan debt consolidation.would call back
And always get voicemail. Always played phone tag and never talked to Rachel who called me.
Now I get a call from her today(possible indian accent) saying she is calling from a litigation
Department and there is lawsuit against my name and social security number. Complete scam
And will not be wasting my time to call her back.

I've been called by this number and another (801-356-1346)!!!!! How can you keep them from calling???????????? I'm tired of this.........

Called my US Government Cell phone today...

My wife got a call on her cell phone from a Rachel (with indian accent of course) from the same number listed above.  The message was vague and hinted at some money we owed and some legal proceedings if  we didn't call back.

Called back and got a mail box is full, no business name or anything.

Called again and some guy anwered, "Hello?"  I asked who am I calling, who is this.  He didn't answer but asked if we recieved a message and from who.  (Warning bells are going off).  Here is what you need to do, be aggressive take charge and go ahead and tell them to shut up if they are not answering your questions.  Don't give any info out until they give you the info you are seeking.  They said that I owed $700 from an advanced payday loan I took out at Cash Advance America.  I asked when, he needed time to open up my file (heard the rustle of paper) then he came up with a date.  I asked for the location of this store and he said it was online.  I said that is the stupidest thing I've ever heard, you don't do payday or cash advance loans online.  He hung up.

Nope, this is not over, I called this 4$$hat back.  He finally gave me his name... Dominic from Debt solutions.  I said I wanted to talk more about this loan from Cash Advance America.  He got flustered and yelled, "This is not a pay day loan!",  I responded, "I didn't say payday, I said Cash Advance America! I want to know where the money went... to a street address or a bank, where is it!"

He responded that it was a down payment for some sort of energy saver device that is supposed to lower my electric bill.  I said I never recieved such a device, so he offered to sell me one. I couldn't quite understand him he was so frustrated and kept speaking in some foreign language.  I had to tell him to speak english as I couldn't understand him.  Every now and then he would ask if we are even on the same page.  I said not until you start answering my questions, until them, I'm several pages ahead.

Getting nowhere with this call and have had my fill of fun-with-the-foreigner-on-the-phone, I said do not call, do not write, do not email... In fact I don't even want to know that you exist! Then I hung up.

I'm only 16 an the guy called me an said I needed to call him regarding some bill which I know I dont have he said his name was Chris something an he did was foreign I'd really appreciate him not calling me again.

This number called me twice today saying they are Litigation Specialists.  Could not catch the guys name but he did have an accent.

Will not send written proof of any bill. I asked them too.... They said you will recieve it when you show up at the court at 8 am in the morning. I am going to answer the phone, but I will let them know that I am recording the call. See if that stops them!

and "dominic mcalister" answered the phone, when i asked him the name of the company he said it is cash advance america.. he said they own about 50 different companies...i told him he is full of s*** and i dont owe anyone of them, go back to whatever middle eastern s*** hole you come from and blow yourself up... then i hung up on him... lets see how many times he calls back.....
