I've never dealt with NBT Bank in any way shape or form. My answering machine identifies me by name when it answers but, obviously, these morons are too stupid to pick up on the fact that I'm not the person they are trying to harass & don't try to validate the phone number of the people they are looking for.

This is ridiculous!! They call BEFORE the payment is even past due!! Don't like being woken up at 8 am Saturday morning for a payment I sent off over a week ago that they should have gotten already (long before the due date).

It's NBT Bank, I have a loan through them for a medical procedue my insurance didn't cover. I sent in a payment late and so they called me.

I'm getting the same calls and they do go to my reject list since the caller id always says "unknown". They usually call at least 3 times a day and I have no idea who it is.

Wow! Had forgotten to make this month's payment and did call the number back but there were times when no one would answer. Finally spoke to someone today and mailed out the late payment. I was about to change my number...LOL!

This is an automated call from NBT BANK. If you have taken a loan out with them and have a late payment, they will call you repeatedly until you pay the past due amount. The autimated system does not leave any messages and usually are oddly silence. You can call the call center and address the late payment issue. Once the late payment is received, they will stop calling.

Actually picked up this call. heard silence, then as soon as the other end connected it disconnected. I'm guessing they are doing random calls to which numbers are real people to build their illegal distribution list.Report them and get Verizon,AT&T, etc to ban them....
