Call came from Poughkeepsie, New York to Kansas at 15:21 hours on 2-24-09. Call not answered and no message left.

This is one of about a half dozen numbers I have blocked for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. A worthy outfit, but lousy telemarketer

I am absolutely sick and tired of the Leukemia & Lymphoma society's fundraisers.  We have previously requested they remove us from their list...and they call like twice a day.

I am so sick and tired of getting call from the above numer if I did want to help this has turn me off completly, when u try to return the call u get no ans at all  not  even a recorder don"t know who came up with this  ideal but it is poor Marketing.

I am quite certain this is a "disguised call" - someone calls from their home, does not want you to know they are calling, and they go through a third party that disguises the origin of the call. Perfect for people having affairs. The service is called spoof card and explicitly says it's perfect for your affair to use to cover his/her call: spoofcard.com

It is the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society you can call them at 1-800-955-4572 to be removed from their calling list.

The DO NOT CALL list doesn't apply to non-profit groups.  Contact their 800 number or e-mail them to be removed from their call list.

...also appears as 8098 "Poughkeepsie, NY"; 8097 "Thankyoufrm LLS"; 8096 "Leuk Lymph Soc".  I've been getting calls every day for a few weeks now.

If it is the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society you can call them at 18009554572 and have them remove your number. They have multiple numbers and caller ID's and it's easier than blocking a new number every day.

I get these phone calls from at my office several times a day- it is from the Leukemia and Lymphomas Society. I raise money for them through my employer every year. Now I am on a call list that dials my number multiple times a day.

I emailed all the executives and asked them to take my number off the call list and I encourage all of you to do the same: DON"T FORGET TO GIVE THEM THE NUMBER TO REMOVE!

Received this call today and really surprised I found this string of notes from other's - received @ 10:48am central time from Leuk Lymphsocie 845-790-8098. I am not calling back after seeing this string.

Received call at 8:52 EST on Wed 10 Mar 2009 from "Poughkeepsie NY".  No voice on the other end.

I got a call at 8:17 in the morning.  I picked it up but there was no one there.  I waited a few seconds to see whether I would get a person but no.

called answered no one there.  hate this.

called several times and left no message.  this gets agrivating and is an invasion of my life

Calleer has repeatedly called our house and we are on the do not call list

I've received MANY calls from Leak Lymph Socie - often daily.  There is never anyone there when I answer.  No hang up sound either.
the # is 845-790-8098.  Today I got a call from the same #, but the caller ID said - THANKYOUFRM LLS.

Doesn't make sense.

My caller ID says Leuk Lymphsocie.  Perhaps an organization seeking donations but they left no message.

I have been getting all kinds of missed calls from the Leukemia and Lymphoma society  ( I think that I must have made a donation at some point) but then today had a missed call from Poughkeepsie, MY at this number- no message.  Relentless telemarketers make me less willing to donate money in the future.

I have been getting calls from this number for the past month---sometimes several times a day.  When I answer, they hang up.  My caller id says it's the Leukemia & Lymphoma Fdn.  I also tried to call back, but nobody would answer.

Called 45 minutes ago. No message

Caller ID displayed Poughkeepsie NY & 845-790-8098.  Called arouind 11 a.m. but left no message on my answering machine.  Probably a telemarketer.

called around noon today, the caller ID said Poughkeepsie, N.Y., the caller did not leave a message. I called back and the phone just rang. Not the usual ring either, seemed shorter than the ring you usually hear.
