I ALSO GOT FROM 8459057794 HE IS ASKING MY ADDRESS, SAME STORY

Even I got a call today from this number 8459057794 and say calling from delhi court , and similar story he has repeated, and don't know why this ediot is calling and creatind panic against innocent people, I would request delhi police to take action against him

WHAT HAPPEN FOR 420?

this morning i had a call from this woman called archana from this number asking no..thats not the word thrating me to call some advocate,on enquiring what for ,she informed that i am involved in a fraud...OMG..i called that number and found out that this whole crap is about a tata indicom non working  sorry NEVER WORKING data card which i foolishly purchased in 2010.This so called advocate gives me half an hour time before the POLICE arrest me for INR 2340...not bad at all....
then it struck me today courts are on pooja holidays i called this ill informed information officer archana of hazari court and now this court employee archana directs me to tata indicom office,,,i asked her how come she suddenly quit her court job and joined tata indicom...
absolute nonsense,,,,cant u guys try better ways

this archana is back i think...unneccessary speech..need to be complained

MTS should ban or block this sim

The same issue happened with me as mentioned by prashant and shanmugam. There are two numbers 8459054259 and the above number. I found these umbers are from mts network delhi. I called to the 1st  number...the person who picked up my call is archana she spoke with  me in tamil...since she called to my tamilnadu number. I am requesting the responsible person to take necessary action  before it creates more critical issues.

i too got a call from 8459057794 name  call amith from Delhi tis hazaricourt and he mention my address correctly and he mention that a person name xyz have register a case against me when i ask regarding, he said me to call lawyer number for information when i force him he told the call is on record so he can't.

He says he does not know the case and also by whom but asks for address. MTS should take action immediatly
