My cellphone missed it completely; signal must have been blocked here in the middle of our downtown office building. Got a message on the phone (Verizon) about a missed call, no message left, and Googling the number led me here. Hopefully they won't try again.

Auto dialer asking me about my health insurance.

Received call at 12:35 PM, CST, on Sunday, February 22, 2009.

Hanged up after asked to press 1 for whatever.

Also got automated call from this number, something about insurance coverage, hung up before recording completed. I attempted to call back on landline and got recording "The area code or number are not valid..."

In complete agreement with Nick and JD above!  Guess I will have to put my cell # on the do not call list - maybe it will help but not to confident about it.

Got a call while I was napping about a half hour ago... good thing my phone was on silent, seems like nothing important based on what everyone else is saying about it.  

I'm wondering how many people that have commented here actually have this area code in their phone number?  Because I do.  I looked the number up on the reverse phone number page on whitepages.com and it came up with zero results, which was pretty creepy.

I join the list of annoyed cell phone users with this dam 847-211-3475.  I wouldn't buy their insurance.....no way no how!!

One more thing, is it a coincidence that I called my insurance company the other day to ask about my coverage and then this number calls me soon after?  I thought it was weird.. anyone else recently talk to their insurance or have a medical bill recently?  Or is it just a weird coincidence?

I got the call on 2/23. Automated call about health insurance. Hung up. No longer answering unknown callers, if this is a new wave of telemarketers.

Had a call from 847-211-3475 at 1:51 pm on 2/22 - tried to call back but message said number was not in service.  Time to shut the scam down!

Got a call @ 8:35pm to my cell phone since I get charged for all calls I do not answer and numbers I do not know they did not leave a message I called the number back it said the call could not be completed as dailed.

Got a call from 1847-211-3475.  No message.  But.....I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST, so if it is an insurance salesperson, they are violating the law!

Received the call last night on my company phone late at night and really bugged me because I thought that I had to go to work. I ignored the number when I saw it figuring that it was a wrong number.

Same thing happened-- let it go to VM and was a partial message asking me to press #2 blah blah blah. Yeah its creepy that so many ppl got the same call.
Call occurred at 8:17pm to my AT&T cell phone with 847 area code. :-P

Received same call. Our phones are a restricted emergency medical network for our physicians, nurses, etc. Very frustrating.

Call came in on Sunday at 4:00 pm, my wife got the same call the day before on Sat. at 10 am.  Our phone numbers are close in range looks like they are just dailing all the cell phone numbers in order.  Did not answer on either phone no message was left.  Tried to call back and got the same 'your call cannot be completed as dialed'.

I just received a call from 847-211-3575. I let the call go to vm, but I didn’t receive a message. I dialed the number back and got "message call can not be completed as dialed". Anyone here think that 847-211-3575 and 847-211-3475 are from the same telemarketers??

Got the call at 11:38 AM CT, left the cut off message. I called back and was told "your call cannot be completed as dialed". Got the call on my Tmobile cell phone. I would like more information to file a complaint with the FCC.

Call came on my cell phone at about 8 pm and I let voicemail take it because I didn't recognize the number. It left a partial message on VM that told me to press a key if I wanted a free estimate. First part of the message was cut off, so I don't know what they were selling.

It just happened too me, something about pressing 2 now. I havent tried calling it back. It seems like it went through cell phones. My provider is T-mobile.

Received on cell phone at 7:41 pm 2/18/09.  Automated, ANNOYING, call.

Received call at 3:25pm 2/19/09. Automated, started out by asking me if I pay for my own heath ins. I hung up.

Received call at 4:22, ignored and got the same voicemail with the beginning cut off. "...independent broker specializing in all major health insurance companies. If you would like a free quote by phone with absolutely no obligation to you, please press number two on your telephone now." Obnoxious.

Received cal at 6:34 pm, some voice mail offered an insurance..., they asked to dial 2 for details and then to leave my info. I left a message saying everything I think about these guys.

Just received a call a minute ago, offering insurance and I hung up.

Just had a call from this number, let it go to voice mail, no message left, just a beep.  Tried to call back and got a message that number is invalid...very annoying!
