called me last night, during dinner.  i didn't recognise the number, so i didn't answer.  when i logged on to this site this morning, i realised that it was yet another telemarketer.

selling health insurance.  it's a recording.

Received call on my cell number which is on the do not call list.

Got called on cell phone by this number this morning

Didn't know the number so didn't pickup.

Called at 10:12am on 4/13/09 with recorded message about insurance.  The dirty rats...

I got this call on my cell phone, didnt recognize so I didnt answer.  They didnt leave a message either.  But now I know it a telemarketer..they will go on block...

this number called me today, it left a message about health insurance ...ironic since i stayed home sick from work

I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer.  I actually thought the number could have been from a doctor's office, but I wasn't sure.  I'm not on a do-not-call list though.

This call came in on a Saturday night just after 7pm.  I did not answer it and when I tried to call it back, I got a message saying it was not a working number.  Thank goodness for this site because I'm now glad to know it was a telemarketer.  I did register for the "do not call list", so this clearly violated my registering there!!!

Received an illegal auto-dialer call to my cell phone, which number is listed on the DNC list.  So, they broke three laws!  Don't do business with them!

Actually 4.  Attempts to return the call to get more information result in the number being "unavailable", and IIRC, telemarketers are required to transmit a number they can be called back at.

an automated sales call for health ins.  hit the response button  to try to talk to a person, but got a voice mail.  left them a message that they called a cell phone and not to call again.

I received a call from this number. 1-847-211-3575. They called my cell phone on a Sunday afternoon. It's a prerecorded message about health insurance quotes. It then asks you to press 1 if you are interested and then leave your name, number, and time of day you would like to be reached.
I hate spams and scams so I pressed 1 and left my name and number. I received a call 3 days later on Wednesday at 9am. The number was 1-561-572-6033. It was a guy that wanted to give me a health insurance quote. He says that he is an insurance broker and he buys his sales leads from a company. He couldn't tell me the company name and after I said I wasn't interested in getting a quote he hung up on me.
I am considering reporting the 847 number to the FCC for telemarketing to a cell phone.

Received this call with no nessage at 4:54 pm on Sunday May 3.   My cell # is on the "DO NOT CALL" list!!!!

Same here, in Chicagoland south suburbs. This is BS. By the way, I have been getting a but load of these the past week, Has anyone else been to a Bridal Expo In the Chicagoland Area?????????????????????? I have run into 3 other people and they have said yes. anybody else???????????????

This number also called my cell phone, I do not know how they got my private number, and of course you can not call back. Health care sales, and no return number.

I received a phone call from this number at 9:57 on 4/30/2009.  I am on the do not call list.

Received the same automated call for health care insurance on both my cell phones on 4/28 & 4/29. My numbers are on the do not call list.

I got call from this same # yesterday afternoon - "If you need Healthcare... blah blah..." <I hung-up...>  I live in Minnesota with IL (708) area-code mobile phone.  Good post/advice from "MeToo" above.  If I get another call from these jokers I will act on it.  Can we believe this is actually a useful tactic to get business?!?!?!?!  Take care!
