Do Not Call database now has 15 complaint filings from myself alone. So far Your operations do not seem to be deterred. Since your organization seems to read complaint sites like this one, I thought I'd give you a last chance to comply with the law. I am now placing your company and all the phone numbers we currently have compiled that your group is using into our Terrorism and Cybercrime watch list. I am further requesting FBI Liaison to coordinate with Chicago Office to open an investigation into your activities.

A pre-recorded message called our business with an offer to provide payment processing.  I believe the message identified the company as Bluepay, which matched the caller ID of "Bluepay Inc".  The message even had a contact phone number, making it one of the few that are actually in compliance with FCC requirements. (Unfortunately, I didn't think to write down the number for future reference.)  I pressed the option to be placed on the do-not-call list.  Not sure if it will work but it's worth a try seeing their message was in compliance and they do have an on-line presence.

Company called Blue Pay on business credit card processing and telling you they can reduce your rate.  They are calling my home and had to have gotten my phone number by looking through ICAAN registrations (websites).  I own several websites, you are required to put a phone number with that, and these guys must skim those numbers to see if they can find business that process credit cards.  I've called them back, you can press one to be removed from their calling list.  That does not work, I did it twice.  When you call back this number, they give you an 800 number you can call if you want the services, I called that number, it goes to a voice mail of a Kelly.  I left her two messages telling her to remove my home number, that did not work.  What seems to have worked was leaving a message for this Kelly telling her that I was reporting them on a Do Not Call list violation.  I went to the FCC website and filed a Do Not Call list violation.  One thing I did find out was that these computer dialers that leave a message are illegal, even if you are not on the Do Not Call list.  When these people call in violation of the Do Not Call list, you must report them if you want this kind of stuff to stop.  Their are huge fines.  Write down the phone number and when they have called, and if you have told them to stop calling you.  You need that info when you file a complaint.  Telling them to stop won't work, but if you cost them alot of money, that may work.

Our company received a call from this number this morning. Caller ID said "Bluepay Inc".  I did my usual identifying spiel and the guy responded "hello?" apparently because the system was robo-calling and he had to pick up when he got a 'hit.'  When I responded 'hello' in turn, he told me he was "trying to get a hold of the person who handles credit card processing."  I told him flatly, "Not interested."  He either accepted that or didn't have a chance to think to protest before I hung up.  We get multiple companies (or so-called companies) all vying to handle our c.c. merchant account, and they ALL promise a lower rate than anyone else.  Just like the articles in magazines that promise there's an easy, no-sacrifice way to lose weight.  If it were true, we wouldn't have a weight problem in our country.  If it were true that each of these companies have lower percentage fees than everyone else, there wouldn't be any more processing fees because they would have competed themselves out of existence.  Long on promises but typically light on truth.

I have received a few phone calls from this number. They never leave a message. I decided to answer the phone this time, and the man who spoke into thee phone asked me "Do you guys take credit cards?" I thought that sounded pretty fishy. I told him this was a personal telephone number, not a store. He said he was sorry and must have misdialed.  I just looked the number up, online, and I guess they are looking to scam businesses out of money, or so it appears. Do not send them your credit card information.

The company I work for is a public school bus company, I was taken aback when asked if "We accept credit cards" I explained this to the caller who seemed pleased that I clarified whom he was calling.

I got a call from this number. My 11 year old daughter answered and he asked her about credit cards. He asked her how old she was and she told him. They exchanged email addresses and now she is getting lewd messages from him and nude photos. I spoke to the CMPD and they say that I need to call the police in IL!

Got a call from this person who upon asking did not identify themselves.  They asked if this was (called my business by name) and I, of course, said yes.  Then he asked if I took credit cards.  When I said "no" the caller hung up without saying anything.  I don't know who they are but from other comments I'm guessing a telemarketer.  Wondering how they got my number, since I am not listed anywhere.  Small part-time business for friends, family and by word of mouth.

Got the same exact call a few minutes ago, asking if we took credit cards. I said I didn't know who they thought they were calling. They apologized and said they thought they were calling a business, said they would make a note that it wasn't a business and hung up.

They keep calling and either hang up or don't say anything.  If you tell them to take you off their calling list, they hang up.  I suggest reporting them to the National Do Not Call list if you have your number listed.  You can file a complaint online.

When an area code of my area calls its usually someone trying to sell me something I don't want or need.  After speaking for several seconds and no one appeared to be there I started to hang up the phone.  I heard a voice come on "do you take checks?"   CLICK.     These are calls made by computer and the sales person waits to see if some FOOL actually answers the phone.  Like a spider waiting for something to get caught in their web for the taking.    No thanks.  No interested.

Received a call and they just asked if we took credit cards.  I told them no and they hung up.  Probably wanted to "give me a better rate".  I get those calls constantly.
