I ordered  an educational children's tablet  one worked great the other was a dud I was going to give it in their Easter basket we have two grandsons .  But the shipping would cost as much as the tablet it was $5.95 do you pay shipping if i return it? This number calls me about twice a week saying it's my last chance.. it's apparently been my last chance for the last 11 months now between 6pm and 9pm MDT

Calls on cell phone. Leaves VM. I delete and never answer. 2 to 3 times a week.
So much for that wonderful don't call law.

I receive a call from LTD -ABC  everyday @ 9:00 am. I am so sick of them. It has been going on for months. I don't have an account with them. I wish I knew how to stop these calls!!!!

Called me at work and left a number for me to call them back. I plan on reporting this to the proper authorties.

I just bought a VOiP on my Skype account last month and now I've started to get automated messages from this company saying I need to call them about my account. This is total bull since I've barely had time to give my new number to friends and family, let alone use it for any type of business. I've never even heard of this company before their inane messages. What state are they based out of, because robocalling is not cool in mine!

SAME HERE. I paid in full on one order.  Why the heck do they keep leaving this message EVERYDAY.

Emailed & got a auto FAQ response.  Can't figure out how to get a real person & seriously wonder if they even would be able to help me if I did.

Okay, I keep getting an automated recording about making payments on my account - I don't have one with them!  It's really annoying!

This LTD company calls me at all hours throughout the day and evening. I says my recent account statement has been sent out, if I didn't recieve it to call this number. I don't have an account and don't know how they got ahold of my cellphone number??? Help, as to stop recieving this I've called customer service and emailed customer service numerous times and they keep sending that automatic voicemail!!!!

The call was received at 6:30 pm and my husband answered the phone.  The automation told my husband that we could reduce the interest on our credit cards and this was the last day to respond.  When he pressed the number that corresponds with the interest reduction.  He spoke to a female who wanted to know the account number and my husband told her that we didn't have any credit cards.  She then asked my husband if he was wearing any underwear.  My husband told her yes, and she laughed and said that she wasn't wearing any.  He asked her what her business was and she said "To give you the business".  After that, my husband hung up the phone.  After receiving a call like that from this company, I will no longer order anything from them.  I am also notifying the FCC and the BBB and they will not receive the last payment that I owe them.  I don't know what kind of dumbass bimbos this company hires, but that was the last straw for me.

They called me at 8:30 in the morning on a Saturday!!!!!  What the Hell?  Shouldn't they only be allowed to call Mon.-Fri. 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., since that is the only time you can call their business? And they didn't even leave a message.
