These people are calling to ask for the phone owner's name.

This number has called my house about 30 times a day for the last week and will not leave a name or message as to why they are calling.  I have told them that my husband works out of town and is only home for 2 weeks out of the month.  They said that they would make a note of that and call during the time he is home, but I am still getting the phone calls.

I keep getting blank messages on my mobile phones from 1100. I am sick and tired of it and i want it to stop what can i do!!!!

2 times a week?  you're lucky... they call my phone at least 12 times a day.  I've gotten to a point that i don't even answer any calls other than numbers i have stored on my phone.  Or i just answer it but leave my phone down until they hang up.  Maybe they'll eventually get the point that i'm not who they're looking for.

Some phone services allow you to dial *60 (it's to block specific phone numbers) I get calls from this number as well until I put them on my block call list, now if they use that number to call my house the phone won't ring on my end and gives them an automated message that says their call is blocked.  If they use a new number I just keep adding their numbers to my block call list.  They are looking for my sister who I haven't seen or talked to in over 4 years but they won't stop calling my house because she lived with me at one point for 2 years.

They called me and wanted my tenat. It seems they do a reverse lookup on address and get any number in the house and call it for collections.

This is Arrow Financial calling. They are a very aggressive collection agency that just recently re-aqquired old accounts from Creditors Interchange, who aqquired their accounts from Arrow Financial.Arrow did this without prior warning to Creditors Interchange, They just swooped in & took the accounts back.

They are rude, abusive and will stop at nothing to get your cash. THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED.

I also get calls from this number they left a message on my answering machine stating the warranty on my car is about to expire. I dont own a car. Since they are a collection agency and they claim to be car warranty representatives thats false advertisement or just plain lies. So you cant trust them. So I travel to all the cell phone stores whenever I can...you know the ones that let you make free phone calls. Well guess what I keep calling them and harrassing them. I hope that idiots reads this so you fools know I know you are a fake. Next time you call you will get my air horn. Hope you guys have good medical. lol

They call my home many, many times. They demand to speak with someone that I've never met.  This is harrasment.  Do we have any recourse?

I receive calls at home from 847-557-1100, when you answer the call they ask for different people every time. If you ask the person who's calling what there name is, they hang up.....This is a scam company....out of Niles, IL..

Just received two calls back-to-back and no one is there.  This is the first time it has happened but I don't want it to be something that continues.

Oh, the funny thing is that card is in my husband's name. And When I called they said oh are  you Kimberly.  WTF

I get constant calls, but no one is ever on the line. Per other sites the number belongs to Arrow Collection.

I've received many calls from this number. They are 'Arrow Financial Services' and they are a collection agency who attempts to collect debt from people. I do owe money on a credit card that they are calling about but it is already being handled by a non profit credit counseling group (Genesis Financial Management, very good group if you need something like this). Arrow Financial Services is rude and very intrusive and they just called me at work!!! That is unacceptable.

It is indeed Arrow Financial, as reported earlier. But in my research about them, they are not just a mortgage company, as someone had thought. It appears they may handle several companies collections efforts. The calls are endless, and they never leave a message. I am not calling them-have no idea what they want, who they are really calling for, and what company they are representing.

Several calls a day Arrow Financial which shows on caller ID as Illinois Call. They are a debt collector just not sure which one. The funny thing is they are now saying to give them a callback and that they have some good news to share with me as if I have won a contest or something. Beware if of this ploy to get you to call them back.

I see I am not alone with these harassing calls from Arrow asking for someone who does not live here, never did, besides, I have an unlisted number, so how are they getting it?

They always call i answer they dont. They call every week 2 times a week. The never leave a voice mail either. WTF?

They are an LLC in IL.  They have registered as a foreign LLC owned by a Delaware company of the same name.  The reason they did this was so that you could not find out who owns this company since all that is available is the hired registered agent's address.

Anybody who lives near their offices should drive through their parking lot and gather license plate numbers and post them here.  People who have access to registration information should look up those license plate numbers and post their owner's information here.  

Everybody else should use reverse lookup databases to find their neighbors and call them as well as the individuals working for this company.  Perhaps being on the other side of the coin will make them a little nicer.

Also, anybody who has any information about the relatives of the owners of this company should post it as well.

Since these folks think it's OK to try to 'get hold of' us with 'important' information by calling our relatives and neighbors with threatening and embarrassing messages we should attempt to 'return their calls'.

These people have been playing with a deck stacked in their favor in terms of information.  This is the age of the internet.  It is no longer a one way street.

Also, of course, don't ever pay them anything.  Even one dime will reset the time frame of your debt.  If your debt is several years old then they may not be able to collect it at all.

Time to fight back people, the power is in our numbers.

i just relocated to louisiana from california and i've been receiving calls from this number with an automated message that it's important that i call them back immediately. it's aggravating because they call my cellphone which i don't give out to any business entities and i receive calls even at night. sometimes their number appears and other times it's just unknown caller.

This place called last night. When I answered, the person sounded about 16 years old, asked for me by my first name only, then put me hold for an agent. When the "agent" finally got on the phone she again called by my first name only, I asked her what this call was in regard to, she said an account with her service. She then asked me to give her my DOB, I refused, and then she asked me if I was this person-she used my maiden name from 12-years ago. My credit is excellent, we have bought cars and home-nothing has ever come up with this company being owed. Should I be concerned?

They call my fax machine about 4 times per hour, starting at 7 a.m.  As the fax is in my bdrm. and has a special double-ring, it is quite annoying.  They always disconnect when the fax answers.  I tried calling the company, but no answer to incoming calls.  The greeting says, "thank you for calling Arrow Financial...please hold the line", then endless music and no one picks up.  I truly feel sorry for those who are getting cell phone calls.  I wonder how they got my fax number?  Could someone who owes money perhaps made up a fake number and it happens to be my fax number?!

Stop calling me, you motherf***ers!

Have been getting up to a dozen calls a day from this number and they won't stop.  I've told them the person they are looking for is not here and never has been, and to stop calling me immediately.  I've reported them to the FTC (I'm on the DoNotCall list) and I've stopped answering the calls.  It has done no good.  They just kept calling.  I finally got completely fed up and changed my phone number last week.  Hopefully that will be the end of them, but it's pretty sad I had to go that far.

This number calls and leaves nasty messages.. when you try to call them back, they do not have the ability to answer the phone.. I am report them to the FCC, BBB, and FTC...

Keeps calling and asking for someone not at my house.  Getting very agrivated with them. cant ever reach a human ! anyone ever have luck reaching a human ?

My mom is constantly getting calls from this number and today I called an got their address and I’m writing to both them and the Better Business Bureau.   Arrow Financial 5996 W Touhy Ave Niles, IL 60714.   I’ve already confirmed that the name they have is no one at our house but they just keep telling me that they are taking the phone number out of their system but the calls keep coming and coming!
