847-600-4906 Auto Insurance Scam called my cell that I haven't even used yet. This telephone is among a litany of other callers claiming that we're paying too much for auto insurance - - a running theme. Identity Theft reigns supreme by callers claiming to be who they are not or presenting an ostensible dire situation. Don't be fooled. When in doubt, hang up. No one should be suckering you into divulging your social security number (SSN) and/or birthdate (DOB) - - key tools of identity thieves.

I KEEP getting calls from them while at work and can't answer the phone. I've called back and selected the option to be removed from their list, I've answered and selected the option to be removed from the list.

I've been on the Do Not Call list for years, and after the third call from this number in the past 30 days, I double checked the Do No Call registry was still active. It is. They've called me now 5 times in the past 30 days.

Keeps leaving me blank voice mails messages and wish they would stop. Wish I could charge them for having to call voice mail to delete their blank messages so my voice mail indicator turns off.

Weid someone called the house then my cell.

This number called my cell phone and left an empty voicemail. My cell phone is on the Do not call list.

Call to my cell.  No ID.  No voicemail, thank goodness.  I have to pay for calls I pick up (since I use my cell so rarely), so telemarketers are *not* welcome.

Pressing 3 won't help.  These people are criminals.  It's illegal to use robo calling to solicit business in my State.  Only politicians can use robo calling.  But these people don't care about the law.
Just to try to waste their time Ia called back and pressed "1".  I was on hold with musak and a woman coming on every 30 seconds to say I had less than a 30 second wait.  After 7 minutes of this, the call was transferred to an extension and another recorded message said "The person at extension #8000 is not avaiable.  Please leave a message at the tone." - Beep

I hung up.  Maybe I should call back and leave a long message giving the reasons I want lower insurance and then after 2 or 3 minutes say "My name and phone number are..." [click]

Said he was from United Insurance Group(?)

i received multiple calls after "taking myself off their list" (the 2nd option.) after being hung up on repeatedly when asking for a supervisor, i finally got through to someone who said i'm off their list.

i am reporting them to every agency i can. they used multiple numbers to call me.

i have recieved numerous calls from this number asking if i would like to lower my insurance payments. i have repeatedly told them no, and when i told them i was busy, they continued to ask me questions anyway and refused to leave me alone. they have woken me up in the night when i had to work the next day. this is unacceptable.

They call me daily on my cell phone, and my husband's as well.  I wonder if Verizon is selling numbers?!?

Calls my cell phone constantly, leaves no voice mail message for me.  Stop them please!

I used another online service,it said call orginated from a landline in Illinois

That number you just gave is a fax number.   I called it at work.

This call is from Peerless Insurance Co. of Illinois offering to lower my insurance rates. I told him I was on the Do Not Call list and to please take my number off their list. The caller apologized and I should not receive further calls. If 847-600-4906 calls I again I will report them.

They keep calling me claiming they can save me money on my car insurance even after I demanded to be taken off their list. I don't even live in IL anymore yet they know they can save me money. Total D-Bags.They call again and act stupid and call again! I finally figured out how to block calls. so hopefully that works. Total Spammers.

I received five calls from this # yesterday. It's about car insurance. If I don't pick up, no message if left.

They have been calling my cell phone several times and want to sell some car insurance. They need to be reported to the BBB as I have requested each time to be removed!!! So annoying!!!!
