Want to know how this jim fuller gets his numbers

This guy also contacted me I don't know what's wrong with this guy but he needs help

This lawyer also contacted me claiming to collect a debt for another lawyer. The lawyer he is claiming to collect for worked a case for me back in 2005. This Jim Fuller, whoever he is can't give me a case number, claims to have sent a contract out to me for payments, and called me at 7:15 pm on a Sunday from his personal phone. This guy has some issues and needs some help! Does any one have advice pertaining to this guy? I'm open to posts!

Mr. Jim Fuller called me, pretended to be a recorded message but messed up with his "recording".  Stated to contact him by day's end or he would show up at my place of employment.  Also called my cell numerous times night/day along with sending me email from JimFuller52@hotmail.com   Watch out for this person!!  He also uses his personal cell phone as his "collection phone"  847-612-5358.  Guess they now employ mobile collection agents!!  This guy is a fraud and trying to obtain "collection fees for services rendered"!  I'd like a job where I can make $50.00 a pop sending an email and leaving a voice mail pretending to be a recorded message!
