It is Caremark (CVS) Prescription service. I just called them back about my meds.

Bogus phone call about a shipping package for me.  Do not know this company.

This number called me twice in a row.

This is CVS Caremark Specialty Pharmacies calling, and it's not a collection call or a sales call.  They're calling to verify your prescription information before sending the script out.

This number is for Caremark.  It is my prescription service.  They probably have some sort of auto dial and someone put your number in incorrectly.

It is NOT our machine and there is no fax machine connected to this number.  Sending machines can be programed to show anything on the caller ID.  More search is required on your part to determine the originating number.  We have had numerous callings and since they don't originate from here, we cannot find or stop them. Sorry we can't be of more help.

Calls coming in from a supposed fax machine very early in the morning...the last one at 6:54 am.

I am receiving numerous calls from this number daily.  The most irritating are those that are coming in during the night...1:01 am, 4:22 am, etc. It appears to come from a fax machine, although, I actually got a call once that when I tried to return it, I got an individual supposedly with Caremark who asked if I purchased drugs from them, which I do not.
