They keep calling and are getting annoying. I'm 14 and don't have debt, why can't they just leave me alone!!!

A Kenneth Lawson calls from this number  847-676-1111 ext.143 too many times a day he is very rude. He trys to over talk you while sounding like he's gasping for air after every two words, I can tell that its an unprofessional enviroment filled with disrespectful workers probably felons..

This message is completely incoherent and had so many instances of the incorrect homonym (" new" when should have been "knew", "your" instead of "you're ", etc. )) love how he postersaid these callers probably never went to college because it's very clear the posted is completely uneducated.

So far I have not gotten phone calls yet but I am sure I will eventually. My HR representative got calls from another place or two. They are rude to the receptionists. They threaten legal action which is the very first warning sign that they are scammers. Once they have gotten access to your credit report, if you have anything negative on there like a no pay etc...they start by sending notices. I got the best advice I could ever get from an attorney friend. Just tell them if they wish to sue you through magistrate court to go ahead. I actually had one try it and they lost. I didn't even have to have an attorney with me. All I had to do was ask them to provide to me, copies of bills etc.. in which I racked up the so called debt. All they ever have is a piece of paper with the name of the company you defaulted on and how much your credit report listed the debt being. The Judge even knows that there are scammers out there. Without proof that you actually rang up that bill, the judge tosses them out every single time. At least around here they do. I just got a letter from this place last week. I decided to call and warn them ahead of time not to call my place of employment. If you ask them not to call your place of employment or your cell or your relatives, THEY HAVE TO STOP CALLING. It is a federal law. The guy I spoke to said he was not a collection agent but rather a servant of the court. I said servants of the court do not make phone calls. They said registered letters etc....He then said he had to get back to his "client". I said how do you have a client if your not a collection agency trying to collect a debt? I thought you were a court servant. haha    They try everything. If you want to know how far they will stoop, google UNICREDIT CORPORATION. In Erie Pa they set up a fake courtroom, even had fake police officers show up at houses, drag people to the fake court and tried to strong arm people into paying. Its true. Google it. The Judge in Erie shut them down big time but not before some scared people signed over their cars etc....you can also go to the Federal Trade Commission website and find out what they can or cannot do to collect a debt. The worse thing you can do if you can't pay is to discuss it with you. They can modify your credit report to show an update listing the day they spoke to you and the seven year wait to remove from your report starts all over. Some of the suggestions here include just hanging up on them. That is the best thing to do. If they are SERIOUS, they will file papers with the local Judges office or Magistrate's office. Once you get them in there, demand they show you receipts for things you supposedly bought or charged. When they can't, they lose and the Judge will make them remove it from your report as part of their punishment.

They have called me close to 5 times a day wanting to offer debt consolidation help. It seems to be a scam. Don't listen to these people.

It is bunch of  nut jobs with a bunch of good camera equipment wanting to shoot amature porn. So i gave them my nieghbors phone, #, she is a rowdy bi*** drinklng all the time onetimenb cops brought her home one night they all three went into the house, 30 min later the cops came out laughing and putting there uniforms back on correctly,,like i said shes a rowdy rodeo bi***.

Don't owe anything in last. 5 yrs,   & don't want them harassing me. Thank you  !

They called asking for an Adrian.  I informed them they have the wrong number and the man was rude and claimed he's spoken to me a number of times before this.  I told them again he had the wrong number and he hung up on me.

A Mr. Lawson called for another employee that had THE NIGHT OFF.  I told Mr. Lawson the person was not at work and he got all rude and started yelling and telling me she should be there cuz he knows her schedule.  I turned it around and killed him with kindness....took a message but will not answer if "IMPORTANT" comes up on the caller ID again!!

I received a calls from 209 area. I answered and a person very rude I hung up on him. I send  a money order monthly for $25. This horrible company does not get my cc card no. or I will not send a check, because it has my acct. no.  Advice of my Attorney. As long as I am consistant and pay a small amount. They cannot do anything.
When they call I answer and hang up. When I leave I pull the plug so the number just rings.
They are suppose to call only one time a day. You can report them to Federal Trade Commission for harassment.

They call here at all times and ask for people I have never heard of. They are crap eating scum that won't talk now when you answer. Best thing is just not answer or hang up as soon as you realize what they are. Pieces of crap

legit.  After about 4-5 minutes on my cell phone (how did he get that?) he insisted
that a party with a simular name call him back at 866-611-3411 ext.105.
Cold day in Yuma when anybody calls him!!!!!!

They reduced our commission rate by 10% , I do not beleive the collecters will try as hard any more.

Contact your att general, Federal Trade Commission, FCC and file a complaint. They are violating The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Contact www.naca.net if you need a lawyer they may help. You also need Praxis Financial to validate the debt, they have sent people the wrong debt.

Dont worry the collecters will not harass you any longer. they lowered our commisin rate by 10%

They just called me about some  visa debt that I never had from 2001.. I didn't confirm anything, as the lady started to get rude I hung up..

Don't give out your name, some debt collector will use your first initial and last name to attach a debt. I know because it happen to me. I had to change my phone number. Now I don't answer unknown call even if it my area code
