Called on a Saturday at 5:58.  Didn't answer and no voice mail was left.  This is exactly why I won't provide anything but my Google Voice number (which forwards to my phone) to strangers or businesses.

called my DNC landline, I was expecting a call back and answered, it was a tax survey, so I decided to tie them up a while and hit incorrect keys when i answered the questions. after about two minutes it hung up on me. I was just enjoying the evening and had some additional fun, what the heck, better than getting pizzed off at inept laws passed by morons that are enforceable but lobbyists are stopping it. well, its blocked now and I am another sip deeper into the abyss.

Got a call from this number... did not answer.  The CID said it was "Best Foods Food".  I think its a scam because when it went to my answering machine, the message was about taxes.  "Do you feel the Illinois tax rate is too high, too low, or just right.  Press 1 if you think it is too high, .... etc."  Best Foods would not be conducting a survey by robo call about state taxes.  Probably some political group...so just don't answer.

What happened to the Gov't Do Not Call registry - another Joke!

March 25, 2014, 1PM, received a call from this number.  Unknown on my phone, I did not answer.  I am not a client of Allstate (and do not think the number is Allstate).  No message left.  I am on DN Call list and update every year.

Okay, US Govt, do your job and shut them down.

This number called my home on November 4th at 2:05pm, 5:10pm, 5:11pm and 7:43pm.  I answered the 7:43pm call and the caller hung up, although I could hear what sounded like a call center in the background.  I called back this morning and was routed to voice mail for "Jenny."  I did not leave a message.  My home phone IS on the DO-NOT-CALL list.

got a text msg with a flirty face. When I texted back who is this? ..I received a text saying add me to Yahoo IM trinityflirty98...

when I answered said..a recorded message saying it was a short " opinion poll"

My number is on the registered DO NOT CALL list.  This means ALL political, business, telemarketer, etc. calls.  This is not the first time I have had these kinds of calls at my home after I have registered to the list.

Got a call (at 10:20 am) from 847-737-4712. It was a pre-recorded/computer call that wanted to connect me to my State (IL) Representative to push him to vote for an up-coming bill. "Press 1 for us to connect you to..."

received a call (9:30 am) I answered it was a recorded message that said "hi this is",  then it disconnected. I called back and it said if you want to be removed from our calling list leave your number after the beep it beeped then it hung up before I could leave my number

called and did not leave a message.  I called no back and it said leave my no to be called back.  I have put my phone on do not call...and still getting this stuff.

The number is set up NOT to receive calls so you can't call it back.  Could not get out to an operator/attendant either.

Caller ID says number is from Franklin Park, IL.  I don't answer calls from numbers I am unfamiliar with.  Unfortunately, I can only block 10 numbers with my phone supplier so I have to put up with numerous unwanted calls daily.  Our politicians do a wonderful job of passing laws with exceptions (like Do Not Call Registry really helps) to make our lives more miserable.
