They've been calling me for at least a year. I've had hang ups, never a message on voicemail, but usually I just don't answer. I wonder if the person who pays their wages knows that THEY are being scammed by their own employees, who apparently don't even try to solicit any business for them. They sit on the phone, systematically calling and hanging up. I used to take incoming phone orders and we were chastised if not enough calls were taken per hour.....some of the employees would just lift the phone and then hang up. I guess it counted as a call for them. I just called the number you suggested (sometime last year) and I got a recording that there is no one at that number, so it no longer helps.

We keep getting the same call from 847-803-5572 Concepts.  Finally called it back and no answer just like everyone else.  I did a search on the number and called the 847-803-5570 and a grumpy old man answered.  I told him to stop calling us and he said he did not call me.  I said I was on the "Do not call" list and they better stop calling.  He asked for my phone number so he could take it out of the system.  He made a comment "Oh you're calling from Wisconsin." Obviously, he has caller id and knows my phone number.  I gave him our number and we'll see if it stops. Most of the time they call when no one's home and the machine will pick it up-they leave no message, just a hang up.

These people keep calling weve asked them to stop but they continue. They are also calling for a family member who has never lived at our address and has been decessed. I looked up the address on the internet however it is in the middle of the street and not in a building. So again the telemarketers win

Called "Concepts" at the following number and they said they would take me off the list. Asked for my city and phone number. Fingers crossed they actually do. (847) 803-5570

Call 847-803-5570.  They did answer by saying "Concepts" and told me they were cold calling my town.  I am on the DoNotCall list.  When they called tonight, my young daughter answered and was scared by heavy breathing on the other end.  When I got home, she told me that she got a prank call from a pervert.  She was NOT home alone and didn ot give her age, name or anything else.

I called Phone: (847) 803-5570 and probably just got the same guy!

He asked "What town are you in?"  I said, "What difference does that make?"
He rudely replied "Then what difference is it make in you calling me then?" and hung up!

I've got to wonder what they're getting paid for!

There must be money in it for Concepts to be performing an upsetting manor of business. Much like the political messages seen on the TV, turning us off reduces the success of those who have worth while phone opportunities.

They called for months and months, never a single person there, and called all hours of the day and night. It finally stopped a few months ago, and now they've started calling again. I've reported them to the DoNotCall list 5 times. Doesn't seem to do a thing.

These fools usually call around 6:10 PM. When I answer there is only a hangup "click".
I have tried to call them back but get no answer.They are very annoying.

They have been calling for months!  Sometimes twice a day--all hours of the day.  NO one there--they just hang up.  Might be a telemarketer that gets paid per dial.  Tonight, someone slipped up and actually said "Hello"--then hung up.  I called back--No one answered.  I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST !

These people should be reported to the national do not call list.  Also I don't know where anyone gets the idea that telemarketers can call even if you are on the do not call list.  They are the ones that are specifically prohibited from calling.

I got a call from these people and answered the phone.  The guy on the other end asked about replacing my patio doors.  Since I live in a condo, I can't really replace the doors.  I do, however, need to get my bedroom window repaired because the glass cracked last winter and I have called a few local glass companies.  Thinking that this is one of the places that I called calling me back, I said that I was really looking to replace the glass in my bedroom window.  At that point, the guy on the other end muttered something and hung up.  I called the number back and spoke to someone who seemed confused about what was going on.  It was at this point that I realized that this was nothing more than a telemarketing scam and that the call was just a coincidence.  I made an excuse about not being available next week and hung up.  If I hear anything more from them, I will just tell them that I already had the work done.

Been calling my phone every 5 minutes for the last hour! I'm assuming it's a telemarketer because when I call back they don't answer.

They call 3+ x/day... We decided to answer today and said, "no they're not here, and i believe they're on the no call list" his response " and who the hell are you?"

Receive a call from "Concepts" 847-803-5572 every single day and if i let it go to answering maching, no message. If i answer the call, i get hung up on immediately.  Called back today 847-803-5570 and told them i wanted to be added to their do not call list as i get hung up on by them daily. Guy took my phone #, said i'm added to the list (we'll see about that) and of course then asked me, "while i've got ya on the phone is there any windows or siding that need work?" You @$$hole, like i want anything to do with your business!! Leave me alone!!

I reported them to the BBB and they have removed us from their call list. Our lawyer has also been notified about their harassment and is ready to move in case we receive anymore calls from them. Mark Voights responded to the complaint in a nasty tone, but still...they lost. YEA!

You have called 6 times all of which have been hang ups. I called after the 5th hang up tonight and the old man who answered was rude and after I mentioned I was in Wisconsin, he said, "Well isn't is just too bad the Brewers lost." I said, we are from Chicago so it makes no difference to us  a***ole." I hung up. We JUST received a call once again from Concepts trying to block their number and when my LAW ENFORCEMENT husband answered the phone, the man on the other end said, "YOU CHEESEHEADS!" and hung up. My husband is done and fed up with the harassment and we are filing a report with our friends...local cheesehead law enforcement against Concepts. He called Concepts back and told them to stop messing with us or they would be sorry. The kid on the other end hung up on him. There is no reason for this and it is simply bad business. We have a lawyer on retainer and she is ready and willing to win a case for us for the harassment we have already endured.

Some calls were hangups and some were rude-@$$ guys basically that sound like they hate their low-income telemarketing jobs. If you call 803-5571 you get the actual office. I asked for all 3 names below, all were supposedly not there, then asked how to get my number off since they call DAILY!  He took my number and claim it will be removed, until then l just be rude back to the uneducated morons that call.

Caller asked for Mr or Mrs XXXX. Said we would qualify for windows replacement. Immediately, I said we are on no call list. The caller said she would de-list our number. I said we are on federal no-call list so we shouldn't have been called in the first place. She said this was a computer generated number and asked if my first name was "Jim." No ... I said, but you had my last name correct. I think this first name bit was backpedalling to make it sound like we were called by mistake.

No one there when I answer. I called them back and it rings for 2 minutes and turns to a busy signal.

So if I called them and said I was hooking up a bomb to their cars [Note this is an example only. I have no intention to do this!!!), the FBI would come to my door, but even though I'm on the federal do not call list, they don't get in trouble? You've got to love the inconsistencies in the laws.

They call morning, noon & night. Never any answer until tonight. Very sarcastic when I asked them to stop calling me. His reply was "Sure we will, ha ha."
