Guy called, asking for the owner by his first name.  Having received calls from this number before, I advised that he wasn't available, and to take us off his call list immediately.  The guy said he didn't have a call list, and he was calling to get some f*ing work done, then hung up.

They are pigs and totally stupid.  They're in NE Ohio now.  Everyone knows about them.  Slam the door in their face.  They are lame and get scared and run away.

Do not deal with these people. They are scum.

Let IPA call and say you will connect them and let them go on hold.  Forever.  They are slimy.  Our office has a game seeing who can be the first to get their call!  They are so stupid.  ;)

I just emailed their sales and legal dept to take our number off their list - let's see what happens....

The same guy has been calling for the last 5 years with a different name each time and has not gotten through to the president or the owner.  However today was different Last week a "Jacob Bowles" called and told me off as I maintained my composure, after I told my president what this person had said to me and I was told to put him through.  My president is a Lawyer and knew exactly how to tell Jacob/Frank off.  Serves him right.

Ask's for the owner by name, when told he is not in...they hang up. Calls over and over again!!! When i called the "corporate" office of this IPA company i was in "hold hell". They answered quickly then put right on hold and never picked up.

Here's a new one on this number.  A guy shows up at my office claiming to have an appt with the owner - who's name he didn't even know!  I sent the guy walking....15 minutes later get a call from this number with the most rude person I have ever encountered on the phone telling me he scheduled this appt for his associate in July (today is Nov 5th!). Got real nasty on the phone, I found his CID number on this site, told him off and hung up.

I am so tired of these guys at this company ... they call me at least once every week despite asking them not to call me. Next time they call I will make an appointment with them .... When he gets here,I'll be too busy to see him, I'll tell him off, or I'll punch the guy out. In any case, I'll have wasted his day like he continues to waste mine.

This guy is ridiculous.  He has called 5-6 times in one day and refused to give up after us telling him we are not interested. He claimed his name was Adam Pierson. I finally called the number back and it is for the international profit associates.  Their website is http://www.ipa-iba.com/.  I tried to speak to their manager and get them to stop calling us, but the operator would not connect.  Hopefully this info helps anyone who gets a call from this number.

This is the most insane telemarketer I have ever encountered! Harvey Jones called and adked for F----- (the first name of my office manager).  I told him she was on the other line, perhaps I could help him (suspecting, of course, that he was a telemarketer).  He said He would like to speak to the owner.  I told him he was speaking to the owner.  He said, "You are in the business of selling Commercial Equipment and supplies, correct?"  I said, "No, we are not".  He replied "Then, you are more of a manufacturer, then?  I replied, "No, we are not".  He said, "well, what do you do?" I explained that we are a repair company.  He began to tell me that he specalizes in getting us more customers.  I told him that he didn't even know what our business was, and that I was not interested in his services.  He said that I didn't know what his services were.  I told him I was not interested in anything he had to offer, and I hung up.  He called back immediately (number blocked this time), and said "This is Harvey Jones again."  I told him I hung up on him the first time because I was not interested in his services.  He replied, "Nobody's saying you're not interested in my services!"  I replied, "I am saying that I am not interested in your services."  I went on to say that I don't waste time with telemarketers, at which point he hung up.

Caller asked for old owner.  I told him he wasn't available and asked to be put on his do not call list.  He then tells me I'm not the f*ing owner(not true) and to do my job.

Called twice in a row - first time it rang 2 times and they hung up right as I was picking up, second time I answered and no one spoke - I could however hear background noise of people talking.

Harvey Jones wanted to know if my husband and I would be in the office tomorrow.  I told him no, he wanted to know when we would be in together.  I said maybe next week. Told me he was in Raleigh but "Joe" had an office my town and they wanted to come by.  Would not tell me who he was with just kept saying he was Harvey Jones.

The person who called claimed to be Jeff Evans; when I tried to get some info from him he hung up on me! That's when I figured I would check online and why am I not surprised to see this is a reported number!

Salesperson was rude and ignorant. Tried to act like he was a friend, so he could get my partners cell phone, to call him also. Anyone who needs to lie to get a phone number, will LIE about their great service(s), past history, etc. The final straw was they have an endorsement from Ex President Clinton. Any friend of Clinton's is no friend of the small business owners.
