I missed the call, however, when I called it back, it was an elementry school in ILL, the receptionist stated that she had been getting a lot of calls from out of state, saying that their number had called them since September 2008, she believes that someone is using their phone number somehow as a tunnel to contact other people, and that the phone company is very aware of the situation... Hopefully I can be home to answer the phone call next time, it rings through with that number, the secretary asked if I ever find out who it is that's calling to please call that number back (to reach her) and give her that information so she could pass it along to the phone company.
