THE HARRASMENT HAS STOP. THIS GUY EVEN PRETENDS TO BE A DETECTIVE, AND ACTS AS IF HE WERE TRANSFERRING ME TO HIMSELF MAKING THREATS AS IF HE WOULD HAVE ME ARRESTED IF I REFUSED TO GO TO A WALMART TO PUT MONEY ON A DEBIT CARD SO THAT HE CAN START A PAYMENT PLAN
