I was told on 01/21/14 that my check was mailed back due to "wrong address" now all of a sudden YESTERDAY I was told that my check was mailed on 01/05/14 and that it had already been cashed. My payday was 12/27/13 it is now 01/29/14. You claimed I gave you the wrong address which is false. I ask about my check and I get told to stop harassing you. So as far as the 7-10 day wait, umm I've been waiting over a month now and still nothing. First of all you don't shred all apps of past employees who don't take the jobs, and who decide to quite or get fired.  Second of all you always change the phone number once people start to harass the owner Tim.  Tim also doesn't like to deal with any of the business aspects of harassing people, which is why either you can't' get a hold of him or his phone number changes right away once things start to go sour for him with people, so only his managers can get a hold of him.   Which were not harassing, we just want the money we were entitled to, for our work.
Third of all, once someone decides to quite, they never NEVER get there full pay, whether they sign the agreement or not.  I hope everyone gets there W2's, for the tax seasons, because then Tim the Owner would have a real mess on his hands.  He has already been on the news, for all the mess ups he has caused on peoples pay.  He has changed the name what three times.  That we are aware of.

Also, according to the law, Wisconsin law by fact, when you quite a job or get fired, within 48 hours the job is supposed to give you your paycheck.  I waited almost a month, my paycheck was hundreds of dollars short.  You bet your a** I sent it off to the labor force, and to the news.  I never signed a pay agreement and the agreement I did agree to was nothing what I got paid.

Also calls from (414)399-0317. I was hesitant from the beginning, because when he called me, he was very unprofessional. He tried to set up an interview for 6pm the same day that I contacted him back after receiving a message on my voicemail. I had a bad feeling about this possible job, so I tried to do some research, and had no luck finding any information that had a corresponding address that matched the address I was given. He also didn't give me a name of the company right away, until after I started asking him questions about it. He also never told me what the company did. He sort of avoided answering that question. I will definitely trust my instincts more often now.

I want the labor board number I worked there was supposed to get paid on the 12th it is now the 25th.

CI worked there for 3 days 12/04 -12/06/13 I have yet to receive a check. When I called to question the "manager" Kris Marsegliani about my check, lets just say he was VERY unprofessional about the situation. I have a copy of our conversation and I'm going to submit a copy of it to the labor board as well as put a copy on every social media network I happen to come across i.e. facebook, twitter, and so on.
