This is Castlerock Alarm company, they just called me because my alarm was going off. If was a malfunction. My neighbor turned it off for my with a remote we gave him. I called them back, and they got the cancellation. It's legit!

I just got a call from this number too. I didn't answer as one, it was a long distance number and two, i had no clue who it was. Thanks for the heads up everyone!

this number has called me many times and i have told them every time to stop calling and remove my number and they dont, they called today 4 times in a row asking for difrent people and when i called there coustamer service to report it and tell them to remove my numbe rthey wouldnt listen to me and just kept telling me i have an account with the companie and i dont but she said that i must becouse i am getting phone calls from them, I would like the phone calls to stop, my number is on the DO NOT CALL LIST, SO DONT CALL

Very unethical company

I think these people are trying to sell alarm monitoring.  I recieved a call from them saying they were receiving an alarm from one of my doors.  I knew it wasn't my monitoring company but I went along with it.  I said I don't know how you could because I'm home.  He said he was just telling me because he had to and then hung up.  I think he was baiting me to see if I said I either didn't have an alarm or that I didn't have monitoring.  If I said either I'm thinking he would have pitched a sale to me.

THIS IS S.A.I. SECURITY- THEY ARE A HOME ALARM MONITORING SERVICE LIKE A.D.T. OR BRINKS. THEY CALL YOU BEFORE THEY CALL POLICE IF AN ALARM GOES OFF AT  HOME.

Told me it was some security company, just don't know
