called me and hung up when answered

Also just received a call. Broke college student here, told "Amy" I didn't have a car and she hung up. Hopefully no calls from them again.

Calls on cellphone about every 10 minutes - four total - when I answer there is only silence and then they hang up.  Really polite people!  Called back once to see who was calling, a woman answered and then before I could get more than a couple of words out she hung up.  If anyone can find out the name of the company maybe we can take some action to stop this!

Ask Amy if she is a robot. Her answer will surprise you. Make her say "I am not a robot"

Frequently call my cell.  Busy when I have tried to return call and ask to be on "No Call List" to no avail.

Missed a call from them, but I don't know how. Then when I picked up it was dead air. Kinda creeped out after reading this.

This number calls me repeatedly! From 8am till 6 pm. All day! I decided to look It up and see a whole bunch of people saying the same thing. It needs to stop! People have jobs ya know!

Called ten times in two days.. when I answer they hang up. I call back and it is busy.
I want to  be on their do not call list.

Received a call the other day. Did not pick up, or call back and they left no message. They just called again. I answered and said hello twice and they hung up.

Came on my cell phone which I have only given out to a few family members so I did not answer even though it was from my area code which my family does not live in.

This is the second time this week I have gotten a call from this number. When I answer there is no one there.  Every time they call they waste my cell phone minutes.

Note to self......... Do not pick up this number then!

I have gotten 7 calls from them within the past month and a half. Every time I pick up there is just dead air.

Received a call to my cell phone from someone claiming to be from the National Insurance Foundation stating that she can save me $400 on my auto insurance due to new driving laws. She asked for my drivers license number. The call was from 847-993-8000.

When I asked for her name and the name of the company again, she hung up on me. I called back, asked for the location of their business, and was hung up on a second time.

These "people" called my cell phone. I didn't pick up because I was busy, but it was really annoying because I was at work. Typically I silence the phone when something important is going on, but not in the middle of the day.

Got 3 calls from them, all within about ten minutes. Never picked up, now I'm glad I didn't. Trying to figure out how to block the number.

I just received a call. The lady offered me a lower car inssurance for this year and began asking for personal details which I did not provided to her. Asked which company she was calling from but I didn't got the name as one I know so I said I was not interested. She tried to insist saying that I was interested in changing the company and it would save me 400 dollars. Clearly someone trying to sell something or get some illegal benefit of this kind of calls. Be careful!

A male-sounding automaton  asked if I would like to save money on auto insurance. I have a company car w/ company paid insurance. I told him/it that I don't pay for auto insurance, and he/it just kept talking. I asked if it was a real person on the phone and he/it replied "yes, why do you ask?", they went right on talking. I think it is a sophisticated automated computer caller.

That is good.

Called and asked if I wanted to save money on my car insurance.  I told her yes because I had 3 DUI'S and 2 hit and runs.  She hung up and I haven't heard from them since.

I got a call today 1/16/14 when I pick they hung up

Called 1/13 and hung up.. Called now on 11/15 and hung up, called back, line busy.. How do I block the number on an iphone?

Just got a call from them no one answered. Tried calling back and the line was busy.

I received two calls on my cell phone on 1/13/14 and one call on 1/14/14. They hung up when I answered and left no message when I didn't.

when i answered, no one said anything, then hung up.  I HATE these!

They have called 4 times in the last 10 minutes. They are selling auto insurance. They are very annoying with the numerous unsolicited calls. How can I report them to the FCC?
