I have had multiple phone calls from this man. One day I literally held the phone in my hand and hung up every time it rang and he called at least 5 times in a row! He even called my husband one day and my husband was too nice and politely explained that I've never had mesh surgery. Well, today he called my house at 7:45 am! I was SO pissed! He even had the nerve to argue with me and tell me that I've had this surgery in 2011! That's when I asked to speak to his supervisor and when "put through" the man's voice sounded exactly the same and I said, "No! I want to speak to your supervisor!" He said that's who he was, so I proceeded to tell him that I have NEVER HAD SURGERY IN MY LIFE and I think I would know if I've had this mesh surgery! He proceeded to keep talking and so I yelled into the phone that I will be pressing harassment charges if they do not quit calling me! So far today, I have not heard back.

YES but they call me blocked .. he keeps insisting he is with the Michigan Department of Health. I have asked him repeatedly to stop contacting me and he said until I answer his questions he will keep calling. Then began yelling at me asking me "did you have any of these surgeries, YES OR NO!"

I'm getting the same kind of calls. This should be on the news to alert people. He tells me that I had some bladder/hysterectomy and something about a mesh. Indid have a surgery but all is good so far. This is harassment and it needs to be stopped.

I just got a call today just like this. What does he want?

I am not sure if the calls come from this number, because my cell phone reads 7788 and when I call back all it says is that it is a Verizon non existing number....anyways, an indian man with a heavy accent starts to talk about my vaginal mesh surgery that I had...I tell him that I never had one and he just keeps talking, so I hang up.  Then he calls again...and again...sometimes 4 times a day for the past 3 weeks.  Yesterday I just hung up everytime it rang.  Today they are calling me and hanging up if I answer.  This is crazy that The only number that shows up on my phone is 7788.  Total harassment.  I am very frustrated.  

The same keeps happening to me. The medical claims with antidepressants and my pregnancy. I've never been pregnant and I have never taken antidepressants.  He found it very funny that I continue to say take me off your call list; Even tried to tell me he was calling about a family member which scared me because I believe they were from a hospital or something where family member was trying to get a hold due to an accident or something.  When I threatened to sue his a** he hung up. He keeps calling from a "no caller I'd" number. Ughhhhhh. Hate marketers and scammers. He had a very thick Indian Middle Eastern accent. He didn't know my name somehow. He continued to tell me that he really important information.

This caller drives me nuts! They call me multiple times every day and every time state they are from the State Medical Board and they are calling about my financial compensation for medical procedures/birth control/implants. It varies. I tell them every time I haven't taken those pills, I don't have implants, or I haven't had surgery and they tell me I'm wrong. Every time! The heavily accented Indian man on the other end of the phone is very rude and pushy and they keep calling from different numbers, including blocked/unknown numbers! Make it stop!!!

They bought my contact from a lawyer after I decided not to hire him for my suit

I got a call that sounded a lot similar to a lot of these. Except the number was blocked from my caller id. He asked about my bladder surgery and i said that i did not have bladder surgery and then he asked me another question and I then asked him why he was calling from a blocked number and he said "what" and I asked again about the blocked number. He just said he couldn't hear me again so I hung up. So strange and annoying

We are on do not call list and do not wish to be called by these people.

I have gotten the same phone call from an unknown number!

A man with a thick accent has called me 2x's now. The first time they called me it was from the number listed above and the sencond time they called me it was an unknown number asking me both times if I had bladder surgery. They were going to provide me with medical compensation for this surgery. I have had no such surgery I told them to stop calling me and to lose my number.

I have been getting calls from this number and other numbers about the same exact thing!!  The first call was about the operation on my va**na.  Next twenty calls were regarding an operation with my transvaginal mesh or birth control.  I have advised these people numerous times to get me off thier calling list but the calls continue to come.  I wonder who violated the HIPA act and gave out information on the operations that we have have had in the past.    It has become a daily thing with me receiving at least 2 or 3 calls a day.

Earlier this morning a man called and said he is from the State of Michigan Health Department.  He started asking me personal questions and if i've had any accidents or surgeries.
This evening.....the same number (man said he is John Smith) called and said they are calling from the United States of America Department of Health.  

I have received calls everyday from this number. I told them to remove me from their list that I am on the do not call registry. It is an Indian person with a heavy accent. The first time I got the call he said he was calling about medical something, I told him he had the wrong number and not to call. Well the guy is still calling everyday and it is pushing the wrong buttons with me. I told him that he was going to be sued for harassment, but it don't matter the calls are still coming. This has been going on 2 weeks now. I called the number back but got a recording saying this number is out of service, but yet this is the number that keeps coming up on the phone. He also wouldn't tell me what company he was with.

Keeps calling asking talking about bladder surgery. Frustrating. Every time in block the number the guy calls from a different number.

We have rec'd this calls from this caller, on our house phone. They state that they are a medical supply group and that we are receiving this call because someone had entered our phone # - this is incorrect. I stopped her right there, told her that this information was in error, and to stop calling and to take us off their list. We keep getting this phone caller, but now we see that it's from NJ, and having no family in NJ, we ignore this caller.

I AM GETTING THE EXACT SAME CALLS.    I am sure he will find someone to give their account number so he can "deposit money".  I think it is sort of amusing.  I HOPE NOBODY FALLS FOR THIS!!!

I keep getting calls from this number and it is always a different Indian man who asks for me by first name and then proceeds to tell me that either me or someone in my family has had some type of surgery and there are medical notes regarding the procedure ..... I have asked them to STOP calling me at least 10 times and they continue to do so.

I don't think that was racist at all.  Whoever's making those calls is a loser, and he deserves whatever people say at him or to him.  I told him the 3rd time he called me that if they would put somebody on the phone who didn't have a damn Indian accent, I would speak to them; otherwise, not to call me again.  I have since blocked that number, and I see that that blocking has worked once today.

every day without fail.  call blocker stops it from bothering.  riffware do not disturb.  these a***oles never give up.....probably working for christie

I have been getting 15-20 calls a day from telemarketers, worst is the security one, if i did not answer would call back 2-3 times within minutes.  A friend told me about nomorobo,  joined and after 1 ring all calls go to that number.  Such a relief.  I work at home and have clients in several different states so have to stop typing to look at the number each time the phone rings to verify it was not one of them.  No more interruptions.  

I get at least one call a day from this number.  I've answered once and they asked for me... foreign person, lots of noise in the background.  They never leave a message.

Caller: "Hi, I am calling from *** because you had surgery and might be able to be part of a lawsuit." Me: "I had surgery? On what?" Caller: "On your hip, knee, shoulder...This is not a marketing call." Me: "You don't even know what surgery I might have had and it's not marketing? I'm not interested, take me off your call list!" Caller: "This is not marketing. Did you ever use birth control?" Me: "No. Goodbye!"  Very hard accent to understand as well!

harassment calls will not stop. I have asked to be removed several times. says he is with some medical place about birth control. I really could care less about some fraudulent claim he is trying to sell.

I would like to report this number who do I report it to? several times called. and told him to stop.

The do not call registry doesn't apply because this is a scammer. They don't work for a company. These scammers have plenty if ways to find phone numbers. Craigslist, fake online surveys, etc. the only fix is to block them, that I know of. Reporting them doesn't work either because it's an individual not a company.

Do not call
