They lie they have the correct information, they talk too fast so I had to make them repeat information to me about 10 times. They need to be shut down now!!!!!

Did they ask you for money upfront? If they did, its illegal! Second thing to do is call your bank and/or CC if you gave them that and close those accounts! Tell them your a victim of loan scam on your accounts! File complaints..

One important thing to remember if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!

Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..

Hello every body..do not sign up for phone cash loan it is a scam! They asked me for my personal info including my bank info an ss#. They too asked me for 99$ that the customer representative kept saying I didn't have to pay now but in 2 or so days. He wouldn't give me a clear answer about the reason for it. Then he was telling me about a membership too that charged like 14$ a month. Its a scam. they'll give you a number to call but 818-394-8355.. the website they give you is libertypaydayonline.com then it turns into phonecashloan.com.. it gives you absolutely nothing to read even concerning payments on loan.. Don't trust this people.

Filled out a loan application for cash advance on line and have gotten several phone calls in the past 1/2 hour.

First, what the hay? I applied for a loan and did not intend for 1000 phone calls to come my way. I have no idea about the use of these but if anyone knows of a good site to apply to, I would appreciate it - everything I have filled out just directs me to more "brokers" and never an approval.

Second, instantphonepayday did call me. He verified my name and address and then asked me to verify my SS#. I verified the last 4 and he tried to tell me that he needed the entire thing. I calmly explained that he called me and that in the applications I filled out, I gave my SS# so if he didn't have it, I was not about to give it to him. Again, he expressed the need for the entire thing and when I again countered with I would not give more than the last 4, he hung up on me. I gave him no personal info so I am assuming I have nothing to worry about but let me know if I am wrong :(

They did the same to me now I.feel tricked and afraid of.idenity theft, I hope not.

All you guys need to close your bank accounts and open a new one in a different bank to keep your bank from transferring any ACH transactions to your new account 'as a courtesy.'

Man, they have been blowing up my phone for the last two days! I decided I'd let them give me some money. They talk too fast! Can't understand anything they say. Every time I asked a question Henry kept saying my superior will give you all the details when you and I are done. I need your social. And they contacted me as well and they all speak broken English and talk very fast, but I told them in no terms are they to take any $ from my account and when I explained my husband worked for the State ...   WOW click!! I called the FTC and the Attorney Generals office. Little did they also know I am a Research Specialist and Yes they are in N.J  and soon I will have the building they are working out of, I will post it. Someone else tried this crap 3 years ago and when I was done I knew who they were (including last names) where "they" lived and with who "family names" and THEIR PERSONAL PHONE # and the one caller that continued to call me like I was the fool, when I recited his DOB it was Priceless! I then responded "scared ain't ya"??? I told him don't mess with a Bi*** and hung up! Never heard from him/them again. The internet can be a wonderful tool and sometimes paying for info doesn't hurt either.
