1200 number blocking capacity..up to 10 area codes can be blocked...also you can block criminals with no phone numbers on their caller ID.
blockers with 50 or 60 number capacity..you will run out of numbers in a couple of months.
FCC is in bed with these criminals:
1-do not answer the calls that you do not recognize.
2-search on awesome websites such as this one,for the phone number and once you see the numbers here,
3-stop wasting your time with useless reports and complaints and buy a good blocker.

Stop Dominican Republic calls.  These  people should be given a free shuttle trip to Mars.

CALLER ID listed this number and NOT AVAILABLE. I never answer calls that I don't recognize. They never left a message.

Got way to many calls like this & decided not to pick up if I don't know who it is! So there telemarketer!

another one blocked by digitone call blocker, it catches the ones that get through from call rejection from verizon.  A little expensive, but the peace of mind knowing they will never get through again as long as the machine works.

849-963-4873 called today and was blocked by our Digitone call blocker. (We block every area code 9##, 8##, 7##... 0##.) Obviously we didn't answer it. A friend or associate who wants to talk to us would call back, so this works great. To their credit they called at 9:45 in the morning; we've been getting a few a week at 11:00 PM... not always with a number to report. The call blocker blocks them also. About the only ones that are blocked and shouldn't be are people who, for some unknown reason, block their own phone number.

Funny thing is, I use Google voice and my phone doesn't ring for a lot of these spammers. I only know about them if I check online, because Google blocked it. There was a garbled message, it couldn't be transcribed. No great loss, and it will be blocked.

3/21/2013  11am - Unknown Name - No msg.  This is the second call this week and the third call in a month.

NEVER answer unknown or ask to be removed from their list.  They have no desire to remove your name or number and when you answer you have validated that their robo dialing has connected to a working phone number.

NEVER give out personal information, medicare details, credit card, bank info or anything of a personal nature.  

If they are a legitimate company they will identify themselve and leave a valid working phone number.

Received call from this number.  Did not answer.  Call is from Dominican Republic.

Received call from 849-963-4873.  Investigation reveals that these folks are scammers from Dominican Republic. I did not speak as I sensed that this was some telemarketer.

Call from Dominican Republic. Since I don't know anyone there, I assume it is some scam. I've had scam calls from the Dominican Republic before, but this is the first time I got a call from this number. Must have changed it when people started catching on to the scam.

GO BUY A PANASONIC ANSWERING MACHINE WITH CALL BLOCK FEATURES. THE CALL RINGS ONCE, AND THE MACHINE GIVES A BUSY SIGNAL, AND THEN DISCONNECTS.
OUT OF COUNTRY SCAMMERS HATE THIS BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR THE CALL!

Called and left no message.  Putting this number on my call blocker I purchased through Amazon; best purchase ever!!!!!

I just started receiving these calls a day after I donated to the Canadian Diabetes Association.  I don't like the fact that they must have sold my number.

This number was on my answering machine with the ID "Name Unavailable"...didn't leave a message.  I don't pick up unless I know the caller.

The best way to deal with this is NOT to answer, not to push 2, and NOT to call back, or do anything else like that.  These are likely robo calls, made by a computer, and every connection it does make tells it it's reached a valid working phone number, and it will then keep trying to reach you.  The best thing to do is DO NOT ANSWER, at all, not even with an answering machine.  This will not completely solve the problem, but my experience suggests that it does reduce the number of such calls that come in.

If caller ID says anything like Name Not Found, or Unknown Caller, or Toll Free Call, or Wireless Caller, just do not answer.  "Wireless Caller" CAN mean someone you know, and might want to hear from, but if you don't recognize the actual numbers in the wireless phone number calling, don't answer.  (This gives you an incentive to learn your friends' wireless numbers, just in case.)

Why can't I block this number??? When I list the number on the block list it said that it's invalid. I told them yesterday that I was not interested in anything they wanted to speak on and again they call back to back. I tried to block the number, but could not because it's invalid.  Somebody help me!!

Got the same today from these worthless piece of scum who have nothing more productive to do with their pathetic lives then harass others.  Getting repeat multiple calls also from Sneedville TN every day that go silent or once said it was a charity for disabled vaterans  The number is 423-382-0076  Probaly more scams to take advantage of people.  Should have their phones rammed up where the sun doesn't shine.
