Do not pick up. They have been contacting my family for weeks. Asking for $ because we won $.Doesn't male any sense. How can I block them.

Yes I do!!   Anything coming out of Dominican Republic or Jamaica,  unless yo mama lives there,  Is in fact a huge Scam.  Usually they are hawking Diabetic products from DR  but when you get a call from Jamaica you have hit the big time.  They will announce that you have won a BMW  and $2.5M. Assuming you are willing to pay them a bunch of money up front to receive your $2.5  and pay a couple thousand for shipping and taxes on the Beam-er.
To make a short story long,  don't even answer and certainly do not call them back under any circumstances because you will be billed for an international call.

I rcvd a call last week from this number. I do not know anyone from the Doninican Republic.  I assume it is another scam. Anyone have any info??
