I got a SMS message on my Acer 3G Connection Manager From: 18502283293 on 8/2/2011 11:06:02 AM saying "Watch 4000 Satelite Channels on the Internet for Free! Go to www.nettv5.com. I was curious, so I did go to it and someone named Jennifer tells about the service while the information is on the screen. I got suspicious though because they gave no address or phone number. When I tried to send them an email message at the contact link, to let them know my concern, the email was not delivered. I tried typing the address on an email without using the link and it still did not go through. Their Terms and Refund policies, etc. are under Intercorp but again no address or contact information is given. I tried looking them up and found what sounded like it could be them with a name address, phone number and fax number but now I see that all of these reports are indicating a Florida number and the one I thought it could be connected with is in St, Louis, MO,

Received exact same spam text message from 1-850-228-3293 on July 21 @ 9:35 am:
"Watch 4000 Satellite Channels On The Internet For FREE!
Go To: www.nettv5.com"
I am an AT&T customer; I'm following their directions (found at http://www.wireless.att.com/support_static_fi ... %20Consumer.pdf) to text the actual spam message to short code 7726 (SPAM) to start an investigation.
I forwarded the spam text. They replied with:
"ATT FREE MSG: Thanks for providing us with the content of an unwanted message. Now, reply with the sender's phone number so we know who sent you this message."
I replied with: "1-850-228-3293"
ATT replied with:
"AT&T Free Message: Thank you, we appreciate your assistance."

Recieved spam text to my Blackberry as follows: "Watch 4000 satellite channels on the internet For FREE! Go to nettv5.com". Of course if you visit the site you learn it's in fact not free. $19.99. And I suspect you get a virus if you download anything.
AT&T customers can easily report this as spam by forwarding the message to short code 7726. AT&T operator tells me that they report it to the FCC for you. Do it. And someone with a law license; please sue these b*****ds for spam and fruadulent advertising!!
