This is a scam.  He offered me a loan and when I declined he said he was going to take $290.00 out of my account.

Not sure how he can do this without a ACH authorization.  

They call me every day saying the same s*** that i was approved for a loan. I tell them to stop calling me that I don't want or need the loan. Then i get a call back after I hang up on them just to hear the guy that called me talking s*** calling me a bi*** and telling me to s*** his*****. I'm so sick of them calling me.

These b*****ds are harassinge too! Have even threatened me!!

Got a call from this number and did not answer because I was in a meeting. Since I have employees that work in Florida I made a call back. There was no answer the line just rang.

I've been receiving calls from this number over and over for 3 days now.  At first, I asked them to stop calling.  They agreed and hung up but I still received calls.  I asked several more times before moving to different tactics.  I've tried ignoring them, keeping them on the phone for as long as possible, and then having a bit of fun with them but they just keep calling.  I eventually took the following steps, which seems to have worked.

1. Answered the phone and acted like a child.
2. Made believe that I handed the phone to an adult and started acting like myself but very angry.
3. Tell them that my son says he was coming on to him and pretty much just going off on the guy. (Unfortunately, I woke my sleeping infant son up in the process).
4. Then, I started making death threats until he ended the call.

I've been call free for several hours now.  Hope this helps someone.

I called him repeatedly, used Racist profanity which really got him fired up, then I called more. He finally stopped calling and not answering my calls

I received several phone calls from this number.  I wouldn't answer cause I did not know the number.  I decided to answer the call this morning, to see who it was, and what they wanted.  The guy on the other end, had poor English.  I understood something about a loan.  I immediately said no thank you, I declined.  When I said this, the guy was very rude and nasty.  He said f*$k you, f*$k you b*#ch, and hung up.

This person will NOT STOP calling! Now he is leaving voice messages. We need report these calls legally and find out who is behind it.

Person has an India accent who keeps calling from different #s showing on my phone. First he said I was approved for a payday loan, then a car loan, then I was approved for $10K. he said he is "cashadvanceUSA", I googled it and it brought me here and other scam reporting sites. Beware!

They called me today once in the morning...they told me i hd applied for a loan,,,but they said theyre company was cash advanced. they gave me my full address with my city and state including my full name. They told me to give them 255$ which will be refunded to me after i recieve the 2,500 loan cash at a walmart or CVS. as soon as i told them i didnt have the 255 the man said fine this will be cancelled and he hung up on me...Right now as i got home, i googled the number and this website with all the negative comments came up...the same number from florida and the same name used.. edward smith..saying that i needed to call him to that one number because it was the only one he had which was the 850 387 4441 I actually almost believed it because i had applied for a loan!

Save your money.  This guy is in another country and can't be touched.  Best invest in a good call blocker.  One that holds a lot of numbers.

i got the same phone call saying i was approved up to 5000.00 if i sent them 120

They tried calling me 8 or 9 times in one day. I never answered because i was working, called back once and got someone that sounded shady ,I hung up immediately, It's definitely a scam. Don't even answer.

All today:  3 calls from this number (male caller w/accent), plus 6 from one that comes up "Unknown" with similar pitch (female caller, same accent), plus ANOTHER 5 calls that come up "Private Number" that are hang-ups.  14 calls in 6-7 hours.Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Where do I file a compaint and or harassment claim?

Foreign accents, poor English.  Called my young daughter's phone 24 times today.  Started out with the loan bit, then when my husband answered, became very vulgar.  We have filed harassment charges with a variety of authorities.  

I received over 30 calls today11/21/13 after the 2nd call I asked them to take me off their calling list the gentelman I spoke with said " I'm not taking you off the calling list your a n****r b***h with a big black p***y and I will f**k you 10 times today, he also said he wanted to suck my mothers black p***y I told him my mother was deceased and he said I have your phone number and I know where you live and I will come and kill you" Among alot of other vulgarity! So now I'm afraid to walk outside afraid a crazy person will be out there to kill me!!! I have contacted the police & have made a report!! I would appreciate some kind of response from the owner of this company, as I am sure he/she would not appreciate a telemarketer talking to anyone this way! I have contacted a lawyer & know where the calls are being made from so I will sue this company so this doesn't have to happen to another person! I am disgusted at the remarks that were made & also afraid for my safety & others as I am sure this person has done the same to several others! Calls my husband's phone numerous times throughout the day. I called the number back and couldn't understand a word they said.

17 calls in one day. Total of 35 calls in one week.

Same for me Called me all day long like every 15 min I was at work and could not answer so when I got off I called them back and they said I was approved for a loan of my choice 1000-5000 dollars and the payment would be 110 per month for 12 months. So some ripoff pay day loan is only going to make 200 off a 1000 dollar loan

Just received 2 calls in a row from this # but did not answer.  Report as I have heard that it is a payday advance scam

16 calls in one day. I have blocked the number - auto hangup - they keep calling anyhow. Will never have a different result. Also 2633930733, 7024677464, 6372049970, 3525276409, 8744465138, 8863523389. It is out of control!!!!!!!!!
