I want to say today Rush and Mark Spencer has ruined my life. And I want to to say a big thank you for making my life more miserable than ever. I am at my wits end and I was way behind on my bills and I thought that you people could just give me a little help so I can get back on my two feet. WRONG! I gave them my first  payment $111 payment and then he wanted something known as a tax fee from there bank to be transferred to my bank but cost would be $210. So since I didn't have anymore money Mark Spencer said I can not do anything until  you call me back with the $210 I wish I had seen all of this or read before I gave my $111.  I now this is a scam now.  I am so really hurt when you already in trouble and someone uses you. God bless you (Gloria, Rush, and Mark Spencer) and I pray and hope you guys do not ever have to face this situation in your life.

I have an 850 388 number. They are available from Skype and can be managed from anywhere in the world using just a PC or mobile APP. VoIP is a great tool but is open to this type of abuse.

The same exact thing happened to me, except I couldn't afford the stupid second tax fee. I'm in the same spot, thinking suicide, made my life worse than it already was. Fml.

Fake Payday Loan co.  Said I was aproved for $1,500 for a loan I DID NOT APPLY FOR!!!    Heavy indian accent and said his name was Michael Jones or something bogus like that.  International ring of thieves trying to get you to fall for it and get your SS#, Bank Account #, have you wire them money upfront, etc.   DO NOT FALL FOR IT!   Call the FTC, Attorney General, BBB.   Note:   He sounds EXACTLY like the same dude calling me for 2 years about a bogus debt and harassing me with threats!

Fake payday loan company.   Indian accent said his name was Mike Jones or something bogus like that.   Said I was approved for $1500.   I DID NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN.   Getting these calls all of a sudden after reserving a hotel room.   Wondering if that sight sells my information or if it was hacked.   Also - this guy - his voice was EXACTLY like the guy who has been calling me for about 2 years threatening me about a bogus debt I supposedly owed.   International ring of thieves!   DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO!   Report to FTC, Attorney General, and BBB.

ok so I had a guy by the name of paul hernandez call my cell phone as well as my place of employment. He informed me I was approved for a 5000.00 loan and it would be repayable in 20 months at 267.00 dollars. he then asked if I wanted a higher loan than that. He then said we would go with the 5000 and told me he was going to put me on hold a minute so he could do a credit check on me. I could hear a lot of talk in the back ground then it went quiet. Paul came back on the line and said that he had the better business bureau
on the line with him and that to show my good faith wanted to know if therewas money in my account know I said yes and then he said as a good faith for them that I szhould go to walgreens and get a vanilla card and add money to it the 265 and call him with the card number that they would not take the money but that the bureau had a way of looking into a special computer and making sure it was there weather I could afford it or not then I could still keep this money to make my payment in may on the 15th. and the 5000 would be in my bank account with in 30 minutes by money ransfer. This sounded very suspiscious to me so I dd not do it but then he kept calling my job and cell phone repeatedly asking when I was going to make this transaction so i can recieve my money. OHH and they said it was a government loaning company

I want to say that the other day these scumbags have ruined my life. And I want to to say a big thank you for making my life more miserable than ever. I gave them my first payment and then he wanted something known as a tax fee so since I didn't have anymore money in my account at that time I ran all over town just to borrow money to pay this whatever tax fee. After I have enough to pay this, what I thought, he was going to start doing the transaction to send my loan to my account. Well after waiting for over an hour, a call came from them and this man stated that it was "cancelled" with that statement he made a viscous laughter. That wasn't funny at all. Then he started making crazy comments to me and calling me names. Now I realized that I wAs scammed and after all the troubles I'm going through I ended up in a dump. I couldnt believe this but I've fell for this and I'm so humiliated. From this day it's like taking one day at a time with all the troubles I'm going through to one minute at a time. Somehow I'm doing the best I can to make it by. Now I'm thinking suicide.
I really hope that those people get what is coming for them and when justice is served to them they will feel the pain and suffering that I and the others they have screwed over with their crap. Better yet, I wish they would just drop dead.

I too was scammed as well with these crooks. First thing I did was to contact the FTC (1-877-FTC-HELP)about what whappened and provide them that person name (I think it's still Robert Peterson), and that telephone number. Also I have email this website about what have happen to me, it's customerservice@aeroadvance.com or brian@lightswordllc.com. Inform them that you too was a victim and you did notfy the FTC about this.

They too have tramatized me with this and I feeling so terrible about it.

Got a call from this number to my business cell phone. The caller asked to speak to someone with a name I didn't recognize. When I told him he had the wrong number, he asked me "Are you sure about this?" Here's your sign...

Received this call, and called spoke in a foreign language.  I believe that it my have been Italian. He left the phone number in English.

The number is registered with Ymax.  It's a MagicJack number.

This company is a scam they called me saying that I was approved for a loan for $7000 this company is a scam. The person actually called me back and the call went to voicemail and they left a message by accident and I could hear the people in the background arguing about money and how to basically scam people out of their money stay away from these people.

Left a message for me by name stating that my pay day loan application was approved.  I did not apply for a pay day loan. Scam.
