The constantly call and then hang up.  I tried calling back, no such number.

Filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and registered my number with https://www.donotcall.gov/.

I got some A^&#hole that barely speaks English.

I got 3 calls today from this number, since I don't pick up the phone for numbers I don't know, I didn't bother, but in my iphone, it came up as a Florida number. They are really a pain in the a**...

I think this is the number that called and wanted to know if anyone in my home had diabetis. I picked up the phone and didn't say anything. They asked to speak to Karla and I said "who's calling please?" This foreign guy says Hello Karla and I immediately interupted him and said, I didn't say this was Karla, who's calling. That is when he said it was something with diabetis. Pretty sure it was this number on my caller id. They've quit calling after I told them there's no one in my home with this medical condition.

googled the number and came here. It is US Directory. I called and had my number tagged for removal. It was simple. Hopefully I will never hear from them again.

Two calls today from this number ... they didn't leave a voice mail message ... called the number and go the message "you have reached a non working number, announcement 14-" what ever.  Probably a telemarketer.

These a**holes have called me every day, no one on the line, just dead air.  Can't call them back so I had Sprint block them from my number.

Thank God for caller ID!  This number called my cell phone a couple of hours ago and since I knew it wasn't someone I knew, I didn't bother answering.  Now I'm glad I didn't.  Every time I get a call from a strange number, I Google it to see if I can find out who made the call.  Almost every time it's a freakin' telemarketer -- THE SCUM OF THE EARTH - right along with spammers!!!

I got a call from a lady names Sandra Anderson-Gomez ID #88850 trying to sell me an internet placement ad.  She was very rude!!  She started the conversation asking for my credit card information,  When I would ask her specific questions about her ad, she could not directly answer my questions.  She was very forceful, pushing me further away.  Again, asked for my credit card or bank account info, and I declined, she said that by me not providing it was jeapordizing her family by not being able to support them.  I asked to think about it and she said, I was not able to that she needed my information NOW.  Then she got RUDER and more forceful, pulling me away from her.  Got another call from her Sat morning at 6:30......same attitude.  In the meantime, I called the company to get there advertising info which was completely different than what I was told.

SAID SHE WANTED TO UPDATE MY INFO SO SHE CAN GIVE ME A COMPLEMENTARY MASSAGE AD.  SO WEIRD!!!  I TOLD HER TO TAKE ME OFF THE LIST AND DON'T CALL CAUSE I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN ANYTHING THEY HAVE TO OFFER EVER..... This number has called my cell phone numerous times.  One time they identified themselves as yellow pages ad representative.  I said no, asked them not to call again, but they do.  I just don't answer it.  How can we block the number from our phones?

Want to know who is calling our toll free number from florida and why.  Tried to call the number back and reached a recording call acn't not be completed as dialed, yet this morning when I talked to a rep at mci they reported the line to be continuously busy when they tried to call.  The phone is reportedly is serviced by Level 3 communications.

I have received many calls from this number alsoat least 10 in the last couple weeks. I did get an answere, it was from US Directories, I believe it is a scam to get a internet phone directory listing costing a rediculous amount of money.

I just called their listed 800 # at 866-599-7204 and got an absolutely pleasant woman to quickly cancel the ad, to zero out any account that I may have had with them and she offered to leave a complimentary online listing for my company. I simply began the conversation with the fact that there had been some mistake, that the with the form I returned, I was only trying to correct the phone number that they had listed for my company and that they said they were already publishing---that I was not ordering an online OR print ad with their company. She finished the call with a confirmation number, so I will keep you posted if there is an residual trouble with this.

I read so many stories of these Yellow Pages scams online last night---all the expense and harassing that people have been subjected to. I am much relieved that things seem to be all cleared up now."

Received two calls today at 1:55pm and 4pm.  I only answered the second one. No one spoke, and the call disconnected after about 6 seconds.

You are absolutely right Princessleia1, it is a waste of our time & money.  Especially since this is our place of business!! You can tell they are trying to manipulate to agree to something that you DO NOT WANT. The lady just keeps stating she wants to verify my information and then I ask, "what is this going to cost me?" and she is very evasive.  I definitely smell a SCAM!! Save yourself a headache and do not answer these calls.

This is the "local" yellow pages scam.  I yell, I curse, I tell them that I will never say the "Y" word and that everyone in the office has been informed not to do so either.  WHY DO THEY KEEP CALLING!!  Something needs to be done about this.  According to the FCC I can't file a complaint, because it's legal to call a business.  WHAAAA!!  At home it's annoying, at work it costs time and $.  The law should be changed.

I also have received two phone calls today, one around 11am and another 2pm EST. I picked up both times and there was no one there. I called the number back and I received a message stating the number was not in service.

No one answered when I picked up.  Bothersome.

VERY RUDE-THEY HAD WRONG NUMBER AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME.  OF COURSE I CANT CALL BACK.
