I have had the same thing happen to me.  I have reported them to the arkansas general attorney's office.  They need to be shut down!!!

I got a call from them at my workplace and they said I Commit check fraud!! Who are this ppl???? And I got a email today from Alan Daniels saying final warning letter.. We need to report this ppl!!!!

I received this e=mail also by a alan daniels.  I'm glad to see others have realized this is a scam also

just got the same email on our phone ,kind of scary. But as I read the text in this letter it just didn't sound right lot of grammatical errors and bad bad construction tried to call the number and it's no good. Thanks for letting us know that this is a scam good luck to all of you movie

I got the same letter.  This Alan Daniels can't spell and he don't know proper grammer...

Received the same calls and email. Threatening me at my job. I blocked the numbers then received the email. Threatened them with police, but these idiots will not give up. They will nit receive a dime from me. Think next steps take recorded messages and email to police to have investigated and press charges. Fed up in the worst way

I did get a call with caller 911, left voice message that I had 30 minutes, a warrant for my arrest. It's a scam. Report them to the Pensacola, FL police, as I found out where the phone number they said to call came from.

I got the same voicemail from 911 and 30 minutes to call back bla bla bla. To the scammers:
Psalm 94, verse 23. You will fall by your evil ways and will die by your evil ways, The Lord, our God will exterminate you.

Got the same email. They tried to make it look official, but there were misspelled words, wrong puncuation......you'd think being the attorney general, they could spell!

I got the same 3 page letter from Alan Daniels, Attorney General, what a group of well rehearsed idiots.....may you all rot in ##$%

Got am email saying final warning from attorney Alan Daniels. ..Real or fake...it's stating that I'm being accused of check fraud, theft by deception and bank fraud I believe. Is this real?

They threatened me and told me the same thing that i have 30 minutes to call back or be arrested..left on my voicemail?? HuH? Who can identify self as a illinois state trooper and identify calling cause of a debt or lawsuit and threaten to arrest me? I was a cop..I was a marketer and they dont work this way..The man barely speaks english and he recorded impersonating a officer of the law is a crime..

I just had this happen to me

I've been getting threatening phone calls that show up "emergency 911" on my screen. They have called my personal phone, work cell and even my job (Nordstrom)! Harassing me saying that I owe over $900 in a loan that I refuse to pay and that they have a warrant for my arrest. I was told by an officer David cooper that If I do not call attorney Sam Wilson in 30 minutes and py him the money the police are going to show up where ever I am and arrest me. They have all of my information (address, social, phone numbers, employer info) so I was nervous! The only thing was they couldn't give me any information about my contract, when I took the loan or anything about themselves. After being threatened, yelled at and hung up on by both of them I called 911, michigan state troopers (since David claimed that's what he was), Detroit and Redford police as well as the attorney generals office. They informed me that this didn't sound right and to let them know if someone tried to contact me again. Afterwards, mr. Wilson did call me back and I let him know I reported him to the police. Haven't heard a peep since.
