The number has called me for the past several days and leaves no message.  I called it back and was sent to a voice mail for University Prep services?  We are on the DO NOT CALL LIST but somehow this one is getting through.

They called and asked for my son who is a minor .. Not cool

I answered the QVD Caller ID today and the Rep was trying to sell Comcast Xfinity service.
They have been hitting my neighborhood hard these last few weeks both door to door and by phone.

No sure if they only Tele-market for Comcast or other companies.

Look up Quality and Voice Data. Appears to deal with telemarketers and they provide local numbers to companies; I assume to get more people to answer.  I suspect the hang-up calls are kind of a test drive or some way to check if the number is any good.

Called on a Mondayin the late afternoon. Answered but no reply. I said hello 3 times when they then hung up. I am on the no call list also and have filed reports to the state but its a waste.

They called here at 5:08pm.  No message left.  We did not pick up.  Caller ID says QVD.  Posts on the 800notes website say that it is some kind of political survey?

Had three calls from this number today.

This is a number that is calling with a political poll.  If you don't pick it up on the first ring, it automatically disconnects.  I finally picked it up in time to find out it isn't a scam.  I actually got to give my opinion! yay!

Keep getting calls from 850-462-7993 - Florida Call - I called it back and the message said to press 1 if I wanted to be put on their Do Not Call List - I pressed 1 but it asked for my 10 digit phone number so I hung up.  I was afraid it was a scam and then they would have my phone number to use for something.  I am on the Do Not Call List but it doesn't seem to be doing any good

Got a call from this number 3 times today already. All say QVD and no message left, they just hang up.

Several calls from this number today. Sometimes Caller ID shows name as Unavailable, other times it shows QVD. I let the machine get it but no message has been left yet.

I answered this one and the man said, "Good afternoon my name is Jason and I'm conducting a nation-wide opinion poll.."  I cut him off and said, "I'm sorry, I don't answer surveys."  He said, "thank you" and hung up.  Probably some sort of political crap.
