NCC Commonwealth is now operating as FS Legal Services.  Or that's at least they told me their name was FS Legal Services.  A google search came back with NCC Commonwealth Financial Services.  they called me from 8505880967.  

When i tried to ask about this alleged Payday loan from almost 10 years ago, they proceeded to tell me how I was a deadbeat and it is no one's responsibility to send me information in the mail regarding a debt.  They stated they were just calling to find out what my intentions where with the debt.  Mind you, this whole time, they never gave me an amount of the alleged debt.  I asked them to send me information in writing and I will review and resolve in writing.  He continued to talk over me, threatened to sue me and then hung up.  

Know your statue of limitations regarding debt.  Also, know your state guidelines regarding debt collectors.  Per my state, statue of limitations has passed and NCC, FS Legal Services or whatever their name is, is not legally allowed to collect debt in my state.  Since they're not legally allowed to collect in my state, he told me that he was not a debt collector but an arbitration service to help his 'client' determine how I plan on resolving the debit. Which is all BS.

Hand up, or robo call.

I just blocked them from calling my phone, most cell phones have this option right on the phone.  they are fake and can not threaten you with legal action,  i have filed complaints with homeland security, FTC, and my attorney general for my state.  Good luck.

I have been receiving calls from this number for over 3 weeks .  It started once a day in the morning.  Now they are calling 3 times a day.  If you answer they put you on hold right away.  Yesterday someone finally came on the line and asked for Holly.  I told her we had only had this number a couple of months and we have no Holly here.  I asked her to take us off her list.  She did not because I got another call this morning.  This woman was very RUDE.  SHE ASKED WHY I WAS CALLING. I said you called me.  She asked if Holly was here, so I started to go through the same  info.  As I was talking she said you better watch your mouth.  I said nothing out of the way, just trying to explain.  Then she hung up.   I blocked these calls for a while but they still call 3 times a day.  I contacted the Do Not Call registry but they said since I don't know what they sell they can't do anything.  Imagine that!  So I continue to get these harassing calls 3 times a day.  What else can I do?  I have gotten other similar calls and when I tell them that person no longer has this number they quit calling.

Called my house at 8:40 this morning (Saturday) and woke me up!!  I said hello, and no response, so I hung up.  I got so ticked off, I called the number back.  A guy answered and I asked him why he was calling before 9:00 am and that he woke me up!~ he said very meanly "I don't feel a bit sorry for you, I've been up since 5:00".... what a @#$%!!!!!
I told him that it was illegal to call before 9 am and told him not to ever call here again!!  Then hung up!  (a friend of mine had told me that it was illegal for a "collection" agency to phone before 9--I would think they would know this!!)  I will do further research, since we don't owe a collection squat!!

calling me thomas for a bobby conyers everyday 2 to 3 times a day even on holidays won t remove and when a different person cl say the same thing its like they just pass u on to a different person and the robo call continue

I just started receiving calls from this number. They call multiple times a day, at all hours and never leave a message. No idea who they are or what they want.

They have called me about an outstanding physician bill. They keep telling me that I owe the balance in full. I keep telling them that I want something in mail stating this. They keep saying that they will but continue to harass me every day. Are they even a reputable collection agency?

STOP CALLING ME.

There is NO ONE by the name Traci Putnum at this phone number and EVERY time i tell you to take it off i STILL get a phone call.

these call me every morning between 8am & 8:30am this getting harrassing

This company was calling my CELL PHONE nearly every day. Stopped a week or so ago and is now calling again.
I called them and they said they were calling for a person I have never heard of.  I have had my phone number is 2004, so there is no way this can be an honest mistake.  The person that I spoke to was very rude and hung up on me.

I have been receiving calls from 850-588-1003   3 and 4 times a day now.  They have been calling for over 6 months about a debt that I supposedly owe thru a repectible company. I haven't ordered anything from that company for over 20 years. And when I did the money had to be paid in advance before the product was shipped.   All of a sudden they are calling me about a debt that is owed. I asked when was the debt start. And they said it was 3 years ago.  Well I asked them how they got my phone number, they stated from the person they are representing on the collection. LIES. And I asked what address and the address they had was an address I lived at over 10 years ago but the zip code was wrong.. Go figure. I also  asked them to send information to me via mail in reference to the debt.  They said that they have sent it to the address on file 3 times which is a lie lie lie. I have family living at the address and they have not received any mail for me from that collection agency. GO FIGURE.  I have also advised them to stop calling me and they keep calling  me  3 to 4 times a day sometimes before 8 am EST and after 9 pm EST.  So I do not answer the phone anymore.
Also the Federal Trade Commission has my complaint and advised me to send a cess and deses letter to them with a returned signture required.   According to the law they are allowed to call 1 time after receiving the letter. That is all .   I also have told them that the FTC has a complaint filed by me  against them. Once I receive the returned document back I will be faxing it to the FTC for documentation on the complaint.  I am not the only one whom has complained about this company.

This number started calling me on Christmas Eve and has continued to call every day up to 4 times a day. I heard one guy call out the name Doug but they do not leave messages they just keep calling so I checked out the number and it belongs to NCC. Can't they be stopped?

The 850 588 1003 number has called me 10 plus times starting on Christmas Eve, Christmas day, and everyday since then. It started out 3 times,2 times, and now once a day. It is on my Majic Jack so I get them on my computer and then listened some one called out to another guy(Doug,it was an answering machine). The low just get lower!!!!!

Go to the National Do Not Call Registry website and submit a complaint.  I just did.

I get called from this all the time for a debt that has been paid years ago and they want 3 times the amount of the original bill.

Total harrassment - and this administration was going to help consumers....  bah humbug.

use mr. bock it that the program i use it simply hangs up on them.  they are calling me 4x a day now but never get through. I just get a report.  lol turned the tables on them.

This number 8502002988 keeps calling me every day the past year and a half. Not even sure what it is aboout. The just neet to stop. Does any body know how to put a stop to this. My number should not even be listed.

These people have called me 10 times in the last week.  They have been calling me for months now I usually don't pick up for this number but the one time i did they said they were looking for someone that wasn't me and i told them this. The lady on the phone said that she would take my number off of their call list but yet i still get calls from them daily and it's really annoying

When I pick up they either hang up the phone or pretend like I called them and they don't know why I'm on the phone!!!!!

Company says I owe medical bills from a stay in the hospital, they account was paid in full by Florida Medicaid, they call me 2 to 3 times a day, I called hospital and they said they never sent anything to collections, they said it was scam.

I am getting sick and tired of this Crap with this Number they are constantly calling my Cell despite the fact I told them to stop the thing of it is its not even for me as I mentioned before and yet THEY STILL CALL!!!!!!! I am fed up with

FYI - 850 area code is Northwest Florida (Pensacola, FL to Panama City, FL) and not a toll free number such as 800 or 866.... May be someone you know trying to get in touch with you???

They call me usually once a day 6 days a week!  I have no clue what this debt is and they are all very rude about it.  I've stopped answering but would really like to block them.

All appear to be related to the same "calling list."  .  And, when they get "blocked call", they move on and try again!  Reports on these numbers say SCAM to collect debt never owed; way past statute of limitation debt, to collect for "Sheriff Fund"; there appears to be a connection to LERS in mentioned in each.  They use a variety of "financial agency" names.  Odd is, the complaints on line for the "older numbers" are pretty much same time frames, and same "breaks" in the number look ups.  I just started getting bombarded this week.
